Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pettinengo

A little house in the middle of a forest,clean, cozy,with an incredible garden and a breathtaking view...we woke up to the noise of the bells of the calves and the same noise lulled our sleep before going to sleep... it was days of peace with my family,where we shot the nearby places and we also took advantage of the outdoor space of the house to grill, enjoy the silence and sounds of nature on the deck chairs or just play ball...it was a wonderful vacation. We miss that little house and Marta and her dad are two very helpful people, kind and take care of their guests. It was an incredibly positive experience!! And then I've never found such a well-equipped home! Everything was there... and I'm not just talking about pots, dishes, etc., we found, oil, salt, coffee, pepper, balsamic vinegar, quick, body soap, and cleaning products... congratulations on the service and your kindness.

This was our second stay at the wonderful "Ermele’s Green House." I would like to highlight that the owner of the house, Fabrizia, is also our dear and beloved friend, the best host you could ever meet. She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Here, you will always feel at home, also the level of cleanliness and hospitality will match that of a five-star hotel! A must-visit AIRBNB! La vogliamo bene nostra cara Fabrizia!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Lenty is a little village in the mountains above San Vincent its very unique place, old house in old small village Rino is a bery friendly host and helped with many ideas about hiking in the Val d'Aousta the only disadvantages were lack of internet which we needed and the stairs in the house other than that it was a great stay

We stayed at Elena and Stefanos for 3 nights over Easter, the accommodation is extremely well thought through and designed, the wellness area is exceptional and the perfect private relaxation. Elenas help and local tips made our stay perfect, we will certainly return! Thank you Elena and Stefano for making such and amazing Airbnb experience! We highly recommend and will certainly be back :)

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures, in real life even more beautiful. The contact with Marco worked great. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is quite big for two people, it is located just outside the old town and a short drive away from the Pila ski station. It was clean and calm, the owner communicated promptly and she was very helpful. I’d recommend a stay at Elena’s.

Very nice place with great garden. We asked for a flexible check out (as we have a baby in a routine) and Sanna was very flexible and accommodating in providing this. The place is around 10 min walk up to the main verbier ski lift. Location nice and quiet. I did find it on the expensive side, but also Verbier is not cheap :)

Honestly such a great apartment, so close to the town and the lift! The apartment had everything you could need but I will say it didn’t have any cutlery but we managed! Highly highly recommend was such a deal

Both Marco & Oliver were excellent hosts! Special note to Oliver for being a good communicator, friendly, proactive and very helpful overall. He made sure both me and my fiancée felt at home. 5⭐️. Now the house: wonderful view to Matterhorn! It was just amazing! Both me and my fiancée had a good time specially during breakfast and dinner! The sunrise and sunset, the birds singing just made it truly enjoyable. It’s an experience we will never forget and I recommend anyone to go through this life experience at least once in their lifetime! Once again, thanks Marco & Oliver for the nice experience! We loved everything about our stay in the Valsavarenche Valley, especially the authenticity of the place, and Elisa's place that contributes to it. It's simple, it's clean, it's warm. The cross-country ski trail is at the foot of the property, there is also a beautiful play area for children.

Wonderful and unique Place directly on the lake! Very quite and Perfect Place to relax and enjoy the area and landscape! Davide and his mother Marina are super friendly and we felt very welcome and we Hope to come again soon!

Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time with Sanne and her family. The place perfectly matched our expectations: surrounded by nature, quiet, warm interior, beautiful living space. Contacts with Sanne and Giacomo were very easy and enjoyable. The area allows beautiful discoveries both the surrounding villages and the walks in the mountains. Had a wonderful stay in Alessandro's house. Spacious house, lovely beds and very nice mountain views. 5 minutes drive from the center and the gondola towards the ski resort.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and we came back precisely because it is so good. It was a perfect base to go hiking in the mountains and in the different valleys, and great for the local amenities in Aosta. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the view is incredible.

Our stay with Paul was totally great. The roof terrace is a dream, the view priceless. Only the room situation was a little more complicated than expected. We had 10 people. However, 2 of the 7 rooms indicated are through rooms with single beds and one room is only a living room with sofa bed. Otherwise, we liked Villa Breda very much and the communication with Paul and Antonia was also very easy and reliable! Thank you very much

Taking in the panoramic view of Lago Maggiore and the Borromean Islands with one's morning coffee... this is what we came to the Italian Lakes for. Simon was extremely helpful with directions for finding the place and everything else needed for an easy stay.

We were a group of 10 staying during winter. Everything was wonderful. The house is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking the castle with mountains in the background. The old historic centre of Ivrea is a short walk from the house and a beautiful lake just a little further in the other direction (although anyone with mobility issues or poor fitness might need to drive up and down the little hill(less than 5mins) that leads up to the house). And lots of beautiful trips into the mountains around (some of our group skied) The house itself is beautiful very well equipped with lots of space inside and out. We dined in most nights and cooking and dining facilities were easily sufficient for our large group . Silvia was our main contact during our stay as Beatrice was on holiday and she was lovely and helpful responding quickly to any queries and there to welcome us as well as sending us away with little homemade gifts. Perfect stay. Would highly recommend

Beautiful house and functional, with large spaces and a large garden. The managers of the house are very kind and helpful. The location is great for places to visit. Recommended
