Holiday rentals with a patio in Pettenasco

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. We'd be happy to come back!

Wonderful apartment with great view over the lake! The apartment is very clean and has very modern and new amenities. The host Christoph is very responsive and friendly!

The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few metres to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

Simply beautiful describes the apartment, the hosts the view and Stresa itself. We travelled from Australia around the top north of Italy & this was our favorite 10 out of 10 accommodation the apartment was spacious modern and lovely. Loved the hot tub after a long day. The hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Stresa beautiful as well as the local food. Thank you so much for an absolute wonderful memory for our trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Borgomanero, a small town close to Stresq and the Borromean Islands as well as San Giulio to Lake Orta. Numerous beautiful hikes around the lakes ,small typical villages.Our host was really friendly and always available for advice , ideas for visits or restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean,spacious and quiet while being close to shops.Draps,towels were available as at the hotel.Bref,everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back!!!Thank you Yuriy for your warm welcome.

We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. The balcony with the magnificent view, the cosy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. Thanks again to Bettina for her help in planning our excursions. We had a nice time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

Casa Eli was such a perfect spot. We swam in the lake at Alana every morning and then went hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. Cambiasca is a lovely little village with a great pizza restaurant, a couple of bars for coffee, and a 5 min drive for groceries. We especially enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the shade, and so appreciated the beautiful space Roberta has created with the exposed brick and high arched ceilings. Gorgeous - highly recommend that you stay here.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Yes, keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the upper floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

We were two for a week at The Lake and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with whirlpool is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. You can't hear it at all when the windows are closed. The street on which the house is located is also not very busy. The facility is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and sights - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on the spot if there were any questions or problems. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

The apartment was actually much nicer than can be seen in the pictures. Giada has really thought of everything, the furnishings are lovingly selected, nothing is missing. Everything is sparkling clean and stylishly furnished. The arrival was well prepared and Giada is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had almost only rainy days, so we were all the more pleased about the mega beautiful apartment and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the town of Marzio is not very lively. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and quiet, you are in the right place, there are great hiking opportunities. The apartment was the most beautiful accommodation we've ever had. We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The town of Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! The flat is very spacious, very clean, quiet, comfortable and functional. The area is quiet, in the heights of Omega, but also very close to the centre. Great value for money, we couldn't ask for anything better, and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk from the centre. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to going back. I highly recommend it.

Super nice host! Dennis was there for our concerns in every situation and always available. We liked to spend a lot of time in the accommodation because it is super quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. We would always come back ☺️
