Welcome to Casa Peppino Nisticò 2, the natural continuation of our beloved Casa Peppino Nisticò. A delightful little house with a separate entrance, designed to offer comfort, privacy and a touch of authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Located in the center, above our other vacation home, you can enjoy a unique experience on the hill 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Soverato, Montepaone and Caminia. In 18 minutes, however, you will already be in the mountains. Reference point: Lake Acero, 850m above sea level.

Petrizzi, a charming village on the hills of the Ionian coast, enjoys a favorable position from a strategic and climatic point of view. Located 10 km from Soverato and 10 km from Montepaone Lido, towns where you can enjoy a crystal clear sea. If you like a bit of mountain, 13 km away, you will find Lake Acero (850 meters above sea level), with an area equipped for picnics and woods for trekking. The apartment is located in the center of the village, 150 meters from bars and groceries. Complete with every comfort.
