Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Wat een lieve familie. Ze laten je totaal met rust tenzij je ze nodig hebt, dan staan ze meteen voor je klaar. Het uitzicht over zee in prachtig. De zonsondergangen zijn fenomenaal. De tuin staan vol verschillende fruitsoorten. Die de eigenaar met alle liefde aan je geeft. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Wij hebben in deze prachtige villa een week gezeten met een vriendengroep van 8. De accommodatie was echt perfect en heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij een erg fijn en comfortabele week gehad, mede door de locatie in een fijne buurt en de magistrale tuin. De host was zeer vriendelijk en liet ons comfortabel voelen. Verder hebben wij een grandioze week gehad in Zadar.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante nossa estadia de 1 noite. O lugar é limpo, aconchegante e exatamente como nas fotos. A única dificuldade foi em relação ao estacionamento e à entrada, que foram um pouco complicados de localizar e de conseguir vaga. No entanto, isso não atrapalhou a experiência como um todo — gostamos muito do espaço e certamente voltaríamos!

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

Nach 12 wunderbaren Tagen möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt im Hause Sabunike 66 bedanken. Alles war bestens – von der gemütlichen Unterkunft über die gepflegte Umgebung bis hin zur angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die liebevolle Betreuung. Es war uns eine Freude, bei Ihnen zu wohnen – und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Klein maar prima! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De buitenruimte, tuin en zwembad zijn heel fijn. Marija is vriendelijk en verraste ons met zelfgemaakte taart. Haar echtgenoot zette de fietsen voor ons klaar.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, tolle Lage, Pool, Parkplatz und vor allem die phantastische Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

We run a small Airbnb cottage so we know the work involved, how Ivana does what she does and mostly by herself is amazing. The apartment was spacious with loads of storage space (we had a one bedroomed apartment). AC worked effectively and was quiet. Fair sized balcony too. Two minute walk to a bakery and small shop that are both open long hours. 2 restaurants are within 3 minutes walking distance. So it was nice to not have to be driving all the time and have options close by. We also liked this place because of the mature gardens that gave natural shade, the salt water pool is well maintained and of a good size, we often had the pool area to ourselves. If we want to be picky we could say the decor felt a little bit outdated and some things were lacking in the kitchen, but definately not a deal breaker. Ivana was quick to assist when we asked for something. This place is family safe having an enclosed garden. WIFI was good, we work on line, no probs Lastly, Bessy, Ivana's lovely dog

Wir wurden von Mirjana und Mladen sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das große Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – romantisch, ruhig und einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar in die Natur integriert und bietet eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit!
