Beautiful townhouse, completely renovated, in Petra. The 320 m² are spread over 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a guest room. On the 1st upper floor is the living area. The kitchen and lounge are on 160 m². Balcony with the possibility to grill at the large dining table with 8 people and a cozy sofa corner. Following the covered terrace on the ground floor, which can be accessed from all bedrooms, there is the pool and the sun terraces with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
