There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

The Old Tsagkariko is located in the centre of Petra, in the traditional settlement, between the old mansions and the blooming gardens, opposite the picturesque chapel of the Holy Apostles, very close to the central square, 300 metres from the beach. Enjoy the view of the imposing rock of Panagia from the beautiful balcony. It was renovated in 2025 and has all the modern comforts. The quality mattresses guarantee a restful sleep for 4 people. Each floor has a bathroom.

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.

It is in a 500 m2 garden and there are extra patio, fireplace, barbecue areas. Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.

“The Kiln/Kaminí” is located in the seaside village of Aspropotamos, on the island of Lesvos — just 5 meters from the sea. It sits at the start of a welcoming 1.5 km sandy beach with shallow, crystal-clear waters.
