Layla was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions or problems. The house is ideal for a group of friends with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces inside and outside. Layla's breakfast was lovely and substantial and was varied every day of our three day stay. Layla also cooked us a meal on the day we arrived which was very welcome after a long day travelling. The location is just by the rear entrance to Petra. This means you either need your own transport or use taxis to get to the main entrance (which you must do on your first day visiting Petra to get your ticket - even if you have a Jordan Pass) or to get to restaurants. Entering Petra by the rear entrance on subsequent days is very convenient, however leaving that way does require a long climb.

Ahmad is probably the best host you'll ever meet on Airbnb. He's been very helpful always around and would to great lengths to keep his guests comfortable and happy. The house is enormous in a beautiful corner of Petra city overlooking the entire area with great mountain and city views. You'll find three large bedrooms in there with big windows all around. On the ground floor there are multiple seating areas a big dining table and believe it or not you're own water fountain in the middle of the house. All in all a wonderful stay in a traditional setting with everything you need and an extremely kind host.

Yousef’s cottage is an amazing place. It’s strategically located at few minutes drive from Little Petra. It’s surrounded by beautiful mountains and at night is extremely peaceful and calm. The best moment is in the morning when you wake up and enjoy the view of the mountains from the garden 🤩 The place is recommended for those who are looking (and ready) for a full immersion in the Petra’s atmosphere and lifestyle. Firstly, I would start with gratitude. Hamzah, you became our friend very quickly. Thank you from all of us for your hospitality, your kindness and the amazing organization! Everyone who is considering should book this property! I could honestly say that this apartment is perfect, especially for its price but the thing which is the very best of the best is Hamzah himself. Before booking the property, I wrote him a short letter and within 2-3 minutes I have already got the confirmation to book the home. After we book it (like seconds after) Hamzah wrote me to ask if we need anything else and he offered us to help us with other arrangements for our trip. He helped us to book bedouin camp as well in Wadi Rum for amazing prices (even local people were impressed) and also he helped us with organizing our transport which was a bit complicated and again on amazing fares. (from Aqaba to Wadi Musa in the evening, then from Wadi Musa to Wadi Rum and then from Wadi Rum again to Aqaba again in the evening) We spent in Hamzah’s apartment 1 night. Everything was clean and welcoming. Even though we came almost at midnight, we were welcomed so warmly we felt like home. In the appartment there is everything you may need during your stay, including some tourist broshures etc. The home is very near to the Petra’s entrance (like 10-15 mina depending on which way you take) and actually it is in the city center- there are many shops and food spots. We bought super delicious fresh fruits, some stuff from the supermarkets and etc. The location is amazing not only because its close to everything but because it provides you with peace so you can rest after a busy trip. Hamzah was even checking up on us during our trip if we are okay or we nees anything. What could we say more- Hamzah is a host that everyone would dream of! Thank you my friend once again! Beautiful house and super kind and friendly host. We felt like home and all the bedrooms had comfortable mattress. We would definitely come back.

The room was perfect for us for a one night stay before we haded to Petra early morning. The bed was very comfortable, we had wifi, hot water and tea. Thank you Yaseen for having us!

Appartement un peu plus petit que ce qui semble sur les photos Mais à part ça, tout est parfait. Nizar est une hôte très accueillante l'appartement est très propre, les literies ont d'êtres Bonne qualité. A 2 mn en voiture d'un petit supermarché très sympa. 5 mn en voiture des restaurant, 7 mn du site de Petra Je recommande

We had such a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. It was so much bigger than we expected with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. It was super clean and comfortable but the best part was the incredible hospitality we received from Ali and his family. We arrived to freshly made tea and a warm welcome, Ali went out and got dinner for us for a fair price that night so we could settle in after a long day of driving. Every other night we were there we took advantage of a home cooked meal prepared by the family and everything was DELICIOUS. We really enjoy being in a local neighborhood when we travel to get a true feel for a place and this is was exactly that. All the neighbors were friendly, calling hello to us. Parking was easy. Very safe and quiet family neighborhood with easy access to both the Petra visitor center and Little Petra. Fantastic airbnb with the best hosts!
