Note: you’ll need to climb 3 flights of stairs; the house is behind another property. See photos for distance reference. Rooms aren’t soundproof perforations connect bedrooms to the living area for heat, light, and air. High perforated screens give some separation. The Art House

The Art House - a petite, quirky space up a steep driveway. Strategic location - 5 minute drive to Weltech. 4 minute drive down to Petone Station free parking - 12 minute train trip to Wellington. Jackson Street (5 minute drive) has more than than 60 restaurants, bars and cafés. 15 minutes to Bluebridge ferry terminal, 17 minutesto the Interislander terminal. There is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle/jug and bar fridge. We live above the unit so there is noise from time to time.

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
