Across the street from the apartment is a park with break benches and a children's playground. Next to the Park Apartment is the Cadillac Cafe Bar, where you can have fun with rock music on weekends - the entrance to the club is free of charge. Bus and train stations are a five-minute walk from the Park Apartment. The fortress, the old part of the city is just a ten-minute walk from the Park Apartments.

Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Just a few steps from the property there are cafes, shops, a bakery and a pastry shop.

We can accommodate four guests in our apartment, which is comfortably equipped to meet all needs. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.

The apartment is located 400 meters from Tettye on the edge of the forest, the last house on the street, exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Every room has a beautiful view of the city. A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The atmosphere of the apartment is unique, we tried to fit every little detail into it. The apartment is located just 150 meters from the main square of Pécs. When designing it, we tried to take into account that the guest will meet all his needs during his stay here. Like our other apartments, we tried to create a unique design here and we feel it was successful, but let's not decide that. Come and try it! :)
