La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Bright studio with a great view

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

Authentic mountain. The house is located near the Mont Avic Natural Park and 3 km from the center of Champorcher. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at 1600 meters above sea level; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

A charming apartment with a separate entrance, on the second floor of an elegant villa. Located in the midst of nature at the foot of the Mont Avic Natural Park, 4 km from the Verres highway exit, 40 minutes from Aosta and 20 minutes from the Forte di Bard. Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.

Casa Monet - Il Dahu, Saint-Vincent (AO)

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
