The Charming Gîte

Located in the heart of Condom, the Gîte Charmant offers a discovery of the Armagnac country on foot, by bike or motorcycle. Biker friends, or cyclists, our garage will accommodate your mounts. The accommodation is a 60 m2 T2 for 2/4 people, recently refurbished, with independent entrance, living-dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom-toilet. The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

You'll love the cabin for the views, the calm and the location in the forest. Perfect for couples. We do not accept children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.
