Holiday rentals with breakfast in Petersham

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

Ideal for families, with plenty of parking. The spacious living room was great for gathering and chatting, bedrooms offered good privacy, and the kids loved running around outside. Everyone was happy!

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The property itself is amazing, beautifully maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Ryan’s place was a beautiful setting close to the beach. It was cosy and light. He provided simple instructions for entering the vicinity and was responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in Elizabeth bay. Nice views from the balcony and living room. Easy walk to Kings Cross train station and local buses, so easy to get around. Nice local cafe on Elizabeth bay marina that’s worth checking out. Apartment is a good size, two bathrooms with one being en-suite. If you’re self catering there kitchen is good and large fridge. Victoria was a great host, proactive and helpful.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. Wonderful stay in Sydney at Glen’s studio. Exactly as described and pictured. Glen was very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. We loved having milk there ready for a cup of tea when we arrived! Lovely touches with toiletries and pantry items ready for your arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ollie’s place! It’s in a super fun area that has lots to do nearby and is very walkable. Ollie is really easy to communicate with and definitely puts a lot of personal touches in his space that make you feel right at home!

We had a great stay at Tina's cozy home. It was very clean and in a very convenient neighbourhood, very easy to walk to Circular Quay/Opera House. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the area. View of the ocean from the room. Lots of thoughtful inclusions, had everything we needed for our stay. More affordable option in Sydney.

Tanya and Col's place was great, its small but comfortable with easy walking to Dee Why beach and shops, and easy access to Manly and surrounds. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was especially during the night and we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely consider this accommodation again.

This was my second time staying at Jeni’s place. The location is fantastic for access to beach and shops. Jeni’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic. Jeni goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need including staples like bread, milk and condiments on arrival. We had a fabulous time and I hope to be able to stay again when we next need to travel to Sydney!

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

Such an amazing air b n b! The house is beautiful and has been done up amazingly! Safe and quiet area just by the uni and easy to get the bus into central then trains wherever you want to go! The house felt super homely as soon as I got there and had everything you needed for a lovely stay! Would have stayed longer if it was available- would recommend it to anyone in Sydney!

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Thoroughly recommend staying here. Always feel like home away from home. Beautiful space with everything you could possibly need.
