Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Petach Tikva

We came from the south for a wedding near Netanya. Location was great. Clean, well-kept. It was very nice to meet you.

Ron’s place was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and pleasant. It’s about a 4-minute walk to a plaza with 7 or 8 takeout restaurants, food stores and a coffeeshop/bakery. It has a great balcony with a nice view as well as a desk with a monitor and keyboard that allowed me to work. It’s also really easy to get to via train from the airport, and only a 6-7 minute walk from the train station in Modiin, although you’ll need to carry your bags up about 5 flights of outdoor stairs since his place is a fair bit up a hill. Also, Ron’s communication was excellent. Couple of possible drawbacks: the hot water didn’t work in one of the showers, there is a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack and there is a fair amount of Ron’s stuff in the apartment (this didn’t bother me but it would’ve bothered my wife, who likes airbnbs to be as empty as possible). Overall, though, it was an excellent Airbnb experience and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ron!

Liav's apartment suited us perfectly. It is in Cochav Hatzafon in north Tel Aviv, a beautiful neighborhood where our family also resides. It is a short walk to the port and the very popular Metzitzin Beach, and good public transportation to anywhere in Tel Aviv. A supermarket and several cafes are within a block or two. The unit is renovated, immaculate, well-equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The aparmwent was exactly as describeds. The kitchen had everything that we nèeded, and more. Miriam made check in extremely easy. She is a great communicator, and when we had an issue with the air conditioner, put an enormous effort to resolve the problem as soos as possible to meke sure we are comfortable and continue to enjoy our stay. The place is in the great area, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The hosts took care of towels and even the sunscreen. Miriam, thank you very much for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

Ludmila is a fantastic host, she really helped me out and went the extra mile to facilitate me. I would recommend her to any interested in staying near the airport.

The location is amazing! View that is very hard to find! The host was available right away and helped with anything we needed . Other than that - the facility is amazing . You have everything you need to have an amazing vacation if you are ever in Israel. Highly recommend, I will stay there again definitely!

Adi's place is perfect! We are a family that travels a lot and this house is stunning and we enjoyed it very much. The house is special with small details and lots of investment, there are lots of games for children in a yard and it is a short distance from the sea. Communication with Adi was excellent, it is lovely and hosted us in a very caring way and thought of every detail. Highly recommend!

The stay at the villa was exceptional. The villa met all my expectations. The location is excellent in a prestigious villa neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood but very close to the beach and commercial areas. In addition, there is a Chabad house and a synagogue within a minute's walk of the house. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and as shown to us. The villa is very large and spacious, everything is very comfortable with guests in mind. It was very clean and smelled good. Communication with the host was the best thing about the whole story, they are always available, very kind and approachable. I had a real pleasure staying here and I have no doubt that I will return again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Great stay and great host. Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This was a great place for us - within walking distance of our family at the kibbutz next door. Small, quiet community.

We stayed with 3 small children (5/3/1). Uri was welcoming and available for everything. The kids flew over the game room. The tab was a hit. Adjacent to lovely and quiet nature. In short, the perfect home for a family vacation in the Jerusalem area.

Ben was very friendly, responsive and flexible, and the place is magical - a sweet and peaceful countryside house surrounded by nature and green. There are things to do around, but we mainly enjoyed a relaxed and chill time, while the children are running around in the spaceous and lovely back yard. highly recommend!

The experience was amazing. First of all Daniel gave all the relevant information and even beyond that, offered by itself useful things for us. The building is clean and taken care of, the apartment itself is perfectly furnished, everything was neat, everything was cozy and welcoming. We just didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend!
