Villa holiday rentals in Pescopagano

We had five absolutely amazing days at Luigi's beautiful house. We enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings from both the house and the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and the mountains and volcanoes in the background. The house is beautiful and personal both inside and out, and has plenty of space both inside and out. When we arrived, Luigi and Salvatore met us further down town and drove with us up to the house where they showed us everything, and at night they brought pizzas to all of us (a welcome gift) - super sweet and sympathetic. We felt really welcome and at home. A great recommendation from here and thanks to Luigi and Salvatore. We all hope we can come back this beautiful gem of a house another time.

Me and my family had an amazing stay! We were with 5 people in 2 cars. There was just enough parking space. The house was huge! 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. The best part was the large terrace. The view on the sea and mountains was amazing. It is a 600m walk down hill to Leopardi train station which goes to Naples and Pompeii. You can easily check in with your bank card (tap in tap out system). You can also Uber. Deco Supermarket is quite big and just a 15 min walk (1,3km). They also have parking spaces if you go by car. The village of Torre Anunziata is also nice with many restaurants. We parked at the Terme and walked from there. In case you’re not used to Italy: the roads are narrow and they drive like crazy. But you’ll manage! A tinier car is better though!

The Villa was beautiful and matched the pictures on the site. My group of six had enough room to spread out. Having the pool was a real plus because there are a lot of stairs and the beach is rocky (definitely need beach shoes). The Villa's furniture has not been updated but it added to the charm. There are wonderful views from every level. There are a lot of stairs in Positano and the Villa is no exception. From the drop off point to the Villa is over 100 steps going down. Do yourself a favor and pay for the porter service. It is worth every penny. We did not upon arrival and had to carry about 9 bags but luckily we had 4 teenagers. I cannot say enough about the place but Monica (host) was the best. She had several food items ready upon our arrival and gave local recommendations. I cannot recommend this Villa enough for your next Positano vacation. You will not be disappointed.

We were in the villa with a group of 10 people. In total, you can also easily stay with 14 people. The host was very helpful and also supported us with tips during the stay. The villa and especially the pool are great and the view of the sea is fantastic. This is an older building. Accordingly, the facilities are a bit outdated. Also, the building is a little damp overall and has slight mold marks in one place or another (at least at the end of 2024). Otherwise, however, everything necessary is available and in particular the pool area is in perfect condition! The villa is in a great location and the immediate city is also rich in great gastronomic offers. Located at the entrance of the Amalfi Coast, it is the perfect base for a tour along the coast. Car or other vehicle absolutely necessary!

This place is heaven on earth! Spent a couple amazing here and I couldn't be happier. The views are breathtaking and the host was 10 stars for being so helpful and friendly. Denise was able to set us up with a private driver, restaurant recommendations and even offered to get us groceries since we were arriving on a holiday. If you get the chance I highly recommend staying here.

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

My family and I stayed at the villa from 10/27 to 11/ 2. The weather was perfect and our hosts Pasquale and Marco were phenomenal. Upon our arrival they were there to greet us and provide a full tour of the villa. We had the donkeys take our luggage down which was a great help as it’s a bit of a walk to the villa from the road. Pasquale offered to have dinner prepared for us on the first night, which consisted of 4 or 5 courses including dessert and 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Dinner was out of this world and the cost was €70 each, well worth it! We made the walk down to Amalfi Porto on the second day and it took about 50 minutes. After that we decided to take the 20 minute walk to Scala Square and get the bus to Amalfi then ferry from there to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Naples, etc. We also opted for the “pizza night” on the last night and it was literally the best pizza we had in Italy. We had an amazing stay at the Villa and we highly recommend♥️🇮🇹♥️

It was great. Our expectations were met and exceeded. The location of the house is optimal. The various supermarkets, the various restaurants, the post office and the long sandy beach are within walking distance. The small village is very charming and beautiful. Sacha the host was very good. Communication was easy, fast and straightforward. We were able to enjoy our vacation 100%! The pool was very clean and even up to 2.5 m deep. The outdoor shower even has hot water. The barbecue area is very cozy and very well lit even when it is dark. The house is very well furnished from A to Z. On the beach, there are also small restaurants with drinks, snacks, chairs and shade. The people in the village are very nice and you can find everything for shopping. It even has a butcher, a greengrocer and more. Thanks a lot Sacha, we'll come again

Pasquale’s place was truly amazing! We went here for the weekend for a study abroad get away with 12 of us and all of us had the most comfortable stay. Michele helped us find taxis, local restaurants, boat information, and all sorts of other things. Villa Primavera was truly amazing!

We loved our stay here! Views are incredible and you’re within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Marco was extremely helpful during check-in offering recommendations and tips for our stay. Highly recommend.

Laura’s Sunshine Villa is even better than the pictures and description. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Would come back here again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend to everyone. True paradise with unbelievable views. Laura is a top notch host and answered all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We fell in love with Positano and Laura and her wonderful villa helped to ensure it was one of our best vacations ever! Thanks Laura, you are truly best in class! We can’t wait to come again!!! If you are thinking about booking this place - DO IT! I do not have the words to do justice to this accommodation. Davide (the on site host) was very communicative leading up to our visit with clear instructions and a warm introduction. He met us outside and gave us a tour of our residence with helpful hints while also answering any questions we had. He was so welcoming and wonderful! The views from multiple balconies are absolutely breathtaking, the decor is so special and unique, and the place was SPOTLESS. There are many steps throughout Positano, so steps are to be expected, but this location was perfect for us. The bus stop, local grocery store, and a cafe are a 1 minute walk. Throughout the entirety of our stay, we were remarking on how lucky we were to secure this place. I cannot imagine a better place in all of the absolutely beautiful town of Positano.

Roberta was a very nice hostess who provided great recommendations for both restaurants and sights in the area. She also came with tastings of local food! Amazing pool area with views to Amalfi Coast and Capri❤️

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs throughout the world and Vittorio's home instantly became one of our very favorites. Not only because of the beautiful home but because of the hosts going above and beyond to help us have an incredible vacation. First, know that the home is even nicer in person than it appears online. It is modern yet charming, airy, light, with views in nearly every room. The deck and yard are true peaceful oases. The stairs are not bad to get down to the home at all - we had a 3 year old and older folks with us as well who handled it fine. Second, the hosts are amazing. They organized transfers to and from the Naples airport, met us at check in to carry our bags, delivered groceries quickly upon request - even ran to the pharmacy for us when our daughter became sick - organized our trip to Capri, Ravello, Amalfi... and gave us an amazing cooking course on site. Don't hesitate — book this place if you want a peaceful and easy trip to Amalfi.

This was the perfect place for our week on the Amalfi coast! The Villa is stunning with panoramic views of the ocean and is in a very quiet location while still being walkable to restaurants and shops (bring your walking shoes though!). What stood out the most during our trip was the hospitality of Giovanna, the host. We decided not to get a rental car (the right decision in hindsight!) and Giovanna coordinated transportation for us to/from the villa for all our activities and arrival/departure. In addition, she recommended local activities & restaurants and even made bookings and reservations on our behalf. Everything went so smoothly and we had an amazing trip. We’d absolutely stay here again and work with Giovanna and her team again!

Great view and a nice and quiet location. Easy walk to Atrani and Amalfi. Enjoyed both towns. Nice restaurants with small town charm. Easy to get to by bus from Salerno - a bus stop nearby. Our host greeted us and showed us the amenities of the place. Perfect getaway to relax. The house was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the ferry ride back to Salerno - totally worth it, weather permitting.

Roberto and Francesca are First Class professionals. Not only is their place the most beautiful with stunning views, they are the most authentic and gracious hosts we have ever met and stayed with. They provided our Family memories that will last a lifetime thru their cooking, endless laughs, and amazing thoughtfulness. Grazie to Roberto & Francesca!!

We had an amazing time at Castle on the Moors with our family. Francesopaolo was a wonderful host. He gave us lots of tips which were helpful due to being in Italy over Easter along with clear instructions on how to get to the coastal Amalfi towns - Positano, Amalfi, Capri and Salerno. We took a number of trips to the neighboring towns. The location is a perfect distance to walk to Minori which has everything you need - coffee shops, restaurants, boat pier, grocery shopping and the beach. We also took a cooking class at Sotto i Limoni. We added the lemon grove tour and loved it. The experience was a highlight for our family and would recommend the class. We made a local pasta dish, Ndunderi, along with eggplant parmesan and tiramisu. We would have loved to have taken the pizza class as well. The home was a perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi coast sunshine and the terrace view was beautiful. Would highly recommend a stay with Francesopaolo!

We decided this place was our favorite place we’ve ever rented. The house and pool were great but the key was the view and unmatched access to the water. I can’t say enough about Luca. He was incredible, immediately answered any text or question and always had an idea or connection when we asked about various activities. My only hesitation in recommending this place is that I don’t want it to constantly be full when we are able to come back! Seriously, stop looking. This is the best option for the Amalfi Coast.

We needed a cottage last minute and came to this. Lovely place, cottage has everything you need. Pool is a big plus. And the location is very nice. 10 min to Pompei and 40 min Amalfi. Top!

The father and son family were great and very accommodating. The views from the villa are just spectacular and breathtaking! We virtually had the entire space all to ourselves and our kids loved the pool. Giacomo also served breakfast for us every morning. I wish we could've stayed longer. I've recommended this place to friends and family already.

Beautiful place! In a great location, about 25 min walk to Sorrento and 1 min walk to the train station to get to Sorrento. Patti was super helpful in letting us know how to access the bus for the airport. Dropped off croissants and goodies for us one morning, which was super nice! Super market is super close, as well as some cafes and some restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was a minute walk away called Mi Ami. In fact, we ended up going twice in a row! Highly recommend this place.

I cant recommend and thank Carmen enough for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and efficient service provided. Carmen is such a warm, friendly hospitable host, very helpful, flexible during our stay at the accommodation. Would 100% recommend!

The house is very equipped, the terrace is very spacious. It was nice to go out and enjoy a dinner with a Vesuvius view. Antonio was available from the beginning, he is a very kind person, he also brought us breakfast, made us feel welcome and you can see that he cares about his work. The house is close to pizzeria, station , coop and MD. The pool is beautiful, in short, I have nothing to say but that it was a beautiful week also thanks to the hospitality. rating 10
