Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa in centro

The house is warm and welcoming and is an excellent base for lovers of excursions, to spend pleasant evenings and comfortable and peaceful days with children. Upon your arrival you will find beds ready and bath linen. We're in a small, closed-off street near the Sangro river. The main square can be reached from home with a short walk. Near the house, there is a playground, a riding school and the start of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are 5 minutes away by car.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
