Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pescaglia

We particularly enjoyed staying in the house which was full of charm from the environment of nature and the mountains and the interior design which was always very neat. Very pleasant stay in a region that offers a lot of tourism opportunities.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

A quiet and relaxing place, perfect for regeneration. In those places, we go back in time to when we were little, time slows down and it is pleasant to appreciate wonderful views and the architecture of the village. The house is well maintained, clean and nice and Ms Claudia is very helpful. We'll be back.

Just loved this place! Came with family (including 10 month and 3 year old) in June for 12 days and we were all very sad to leave. The house is very well set up with high quality kitchen equipment, places, glasses etc. The location is stunning with wonderful views - we spend every afternoon and early evening beside the pool which was easily warm enough to swim in at the beginning of June, and then barbequed and ate on the terrace. The local town has everything you need (we ate at Erasmo three times), and the Essolunga is also very close.

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful home! Quiet and cozy! Don't be surprised there's no air conditioning. The house is insulated and has thick walls. At 35 degrees, we didn't need air conditioning. Her relatives live in the house next door and are always ready to help! There's a wonderful garden with fireflies and geckos!There are insect nets😁 everywhere. The road to the apartment is very winding, but it is also very beautiful. Only six kilometers from the highway. 20 km from the beach. There are shops nearby (5-6km). Gas stations on every corner. We highly recommend it. Vodafone's range is not very good, but there is a router in the apartment. With two bathrooms and two toilets! Clean and tidy! Our family is very happy! I highly recommend it! I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Super sweet place with lovely hosts! Great atmosphere in the small hamlet and magnificent views. Because the approach was quite narrow and steep for our old big car, Blaise drove us to a restaurant in the valley and picked us up again. Great. We felt well taken care of!!

Best place to stay!!! The charm of property draws you in immediately! A lovely garden, fresh flowers in the apartment, stunning views of San Gimignano. We loved the touches of old Italy everywhere (with the subtle inclusion of modern flair). And the little extras - a beautiful homemade tart welcomed us, as well as fresh fruit, juices, coffee and creamers and a few more fun surprises! Fabio and Alessandra are fabulous hosts - always answering any of our questions and having excellent advice on where to eat and things to do! The location is perfect for day trips to many of the Tuscan and Chianti region towns. And so lovely to come back to the charm of Fabio and Alessandra’s place. Grazie mille!!!

Hidden gem with spectacular views. Very friendly and supportive hosts. Cozy getaway with everything you need. Off the beaten tracks but close enough.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Casa Maria Rosa was perfect for our family in every way. It’s a spacious flat in a fantastic location. Keep in mind that you can’t drive your luggage all the way to the door and the nearest parking we found (paid) was a half mile from the flat (10 min walk). I understand that a taxi CAN drive your luggage all the way to the door so you might consider that if needed.

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

The house was exceptionally clean and located in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. I highly recommend staying here if it’s available, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our relaxing days, while the indoor sauna added a special touch to the evenings. The common areas are spacious and well organised and the outdoor porch is ideal for a barbecue. Daniele was an impeccable host: always available and attentive, he made us feel welcome right away. A stay that we recommend without hesitation, perfect for those looking for peace, comfort and a nice place to share moments with friends.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Host was excellent. Welcomed us as we arrived with a tour of the house. House was as expected from the photos, very clean and comfortable. Good amenities and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the pizza oven! Host was available for any queries throughout our stay.
