The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of.
