Corinne was very responsive. She got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Her place was comfortable and perfect for us. Nice, quite location. We would stay again for sure.

What to say. It was so peaceful we kept taking naps. It is a beautiful home nestled in a rolling hillside. The design is spacious with enough room to congregate with or separate from your travel companions. The backyard garden provides beauty and a home for a variety of birds, squirrels, and lizards. You might even spot a few deer at the top of the hillside. Sean and Wendy were great hosts. They responded to my requests quickly and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. This is a definitely a home to return to.

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

It’s a beautiful place. It’s was a peaceful escape from the business of the Bay Area. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Even though it was just a short stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again. They have a lot of board games and the hot tub is amazing and the sauna.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

The tree house was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. From someone who travels the world I’ve stayed at some amazing places and this home was no exception. It had the views, the amenities, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature, the rocky pool and hidden cave spa. This home had everything you need for a getaway or simply a place to entertain family and friends. The owner was friendly and welcoming to their home. They were very flexible about my stay to accommodate my wedding the next day. They communicated very well and were always open to my many ask. The home is secluded from the nearby city, but also close enough to downtown. You could grab dinner at a nice restaurant or do any last minute shopping at the variety of boutiques and stores. My friends & I never wanted to leave. This place is magical. Finding all the hidden gems like the sky deck to the carved decor sculpture throughout the property made it adventurous and fun to explore. We will definitely be back!

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

Madeline’s place was just as described. She was very easy to communicate with and made it easy to check in and check out. She was available if needed and privacy and peaceful surroundings were a part of this beautiful home. Madeline was also kind enough to mail back an item left behind. She was very friendly and I would stay here again. It was a nice and beautiful place to relax at, great yard and also a local and short few minutes drive to restaurants and things to do.

we really enjoyed our stay in Aptos. there were thoughtful touches throughout the space. it was very convenient when traveling with an animal and the host was very responsive. the home was much more beautiful than the pictures depicted. very enjoyable, stay and getaway

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

Larry and Ana's place was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at! The house was so well kept, the house contained every item you could think of and the backyard was so peaceful. Check-in was very easy and Larry and Ana responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect for all our adventures we had planned, Ocean beach, Alcatraz, the Exploratorium, the San Francisco Zoo and the San Francisco Aquarium. We definitely would like to return. Our family of 4 had the best time!

The home is beautiful inside and out. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the fenced backyard for our dogs - we enjoyed walking around the yard (it is as big as some small parks!) and let them enjoy the grass while we enjoyed the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash and pelicans fly at our eye level! Only a few steps to get into the home was easy enough for my elderly mother as well. This is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas too - we visited Los Gatos, San Francisco, Point Reyes Station, and stopped by the Apple visitor center. Pacifica and HMB had great choices for coffee and breakfasts to get us going on our day journeys. If we could live there - we would! I know we will be dreaming of the views from the living room for a long time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

Booked for my parents to stay at for my wedding. We were met with brownies and a wonderful home. Incredible views overlooking Carmel in a peaceful, private setting. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Highly recommend.

Bill was the most gracious, proactive host. We loved the house and he communicated with us throughout the process. The only 2 things we didn't love was the really windy, narrow road. And we expected a huge walkable garden which definitely wasn't the case. Its on a steep hill with no walkable garden. The upstairs balcony has great views and so do most all the rooms. Great home. Great host.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Amy's home in Discovery Bay! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchenware to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning waterfront views that bring a sense of peace and relaxation. The highlight for us was the private dock, which was perfect for fishing! It was such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. Amy is a thoughtful and responsive host, making communication and the check-in process smooth and easy. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Discovery Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

Had an amazing time at Louise's place for our mini family reunion. Place was set up great for two families and was especially helpful for our toddler with the baby gates already on the stairs and the child lock on the games cabinet. The house was exceptionally well appointed with beach toys in the garage, games, books, and even kids place settings. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this house as it was close to my family on Humboldt and to the town of Burlingame. The house had plenty of room for us although we were 5 couples and the bedroom arrangement did not meet our needs as the basement beds were not private for 2 couples. It would work better for a family with kids. Luckily, we were able to move 1 couple to my cousins house. The backyard was lovely but did not have any outdoor furniture other than a bistro table and 2 chairs. Mirana was very responsive to our texts and we appreciated our ability to check in early. It is super close to the airport! We will come back again soon. Thank you for hosting us!
