There is a wealth of history in this house I'm eager to share with my guest Walking distance from Circus building and downtown Peru. Our little town has much to offer, kayak the river or play golf, swim or boat at near by Mississinewa reservoir, biking/walking trails. A little piece of heaven!

Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.
