"Le Charny", a former farmhouse, was completely renovated in 2023. 3 minutes from La Roche Sur Foron, a pretty little medieval town, ROCHEXPO and ENIILV. You will have the entire accommodation (with a fairly narrow internal staircase) and a lovely unfenced terrace (with a small road nearby). Large outdoor area for parking cars or commercial vans. Geneva, Annecy half an hour away, the resorts of La Clusaz, Grand Bornand and Les Gets 3/4 of an hour away. Chamonix, Evian, Ivoires... less than an hour away.
