Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Perry County

My family and I were very pleased. The place was very beautiful, quiet, tranquil, relaxing, spacious and very accommodating. We loved the screened in porch, fire pit and big yard space. We roasted marshmallows, cooked on the grill and played tag football in the yard. I was able to relax as well as enjoy conversations downstairs from my upstairs room. My room had a balcony overlooking the living room area. Marissa is an excellent host. She responds back very quickly. Thank you Marissa for sharing your beautiful place with my family and I. My grands thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We will be back! Thank you and be blessed!

This was a unique and beautiful home with very cool features. From the concrete floors, the ABSOLUTELY STUNNING circular dining space with a skylight was a great focal point but my favorites were the outdoor covered porch with swings and the view from the upstairs bedroom…..Love them the most. ❤️ We stayed with two dogs and there’s plenty of space so it didn’t feel crowded but just be aware that there are no fenced in areas to let them loose to do their business so thankfully I overpack and always bring extra “just in case”, so we had a longer leash that saved us a few headaches. The house is right off the main road which was great in terms of locating but with the dogs in tow, could’ve been a bummer without the longer leash. If you have smaller dogs I guess this may not be problematic but I have a GREAT DANE with a huge heart ❤️ and a HARD HEAD. 😉 All and all the place was awesome and I’d definitely stay there again. I’d rent it long term if I could. 👍🤣😉🤭

If your looking for a quiet , peaceful place to go that has plenty of room plus a nice size yard, this is it . The cabin is nice and comfortable . I felt very much at home , hated to leave. Thanks to Wes for his hospitality!!! Belinda

Luxury Hideout is the ultimate escape, delivering an extraordinary experience you won’t forget! On our first night, my friends and I were so enchanted that we couldn't resist extending our stay, and Max was quick to respond our request and any other questions we had. This place is a dream come true for unwinding, laughing with friends, and soaking in blissful tranquility. It’s the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories! I'm already trying to think of another time I can visit again!

The overall home and property were excellent. There were neighbors close on one side, and you could not see this in the photos. There isn't really access to the water...old, steep, uneven rock stairs go down to nothing. The house decks were huge, but need lights on those back stairs. The kitchen and dining areas have low lights and could be brighter. The big picture window next to the dining table had some kind of smudging between the double glass panes making it a blur to try and see out at the beautiful scenery.

This was a perfect place for our family to relax before and after our uncles funeral! the firepit was an unexpected bonus as was the gift basket with stuff for smores! The children had a blast in the yard and creek, and the ladies appreciated the quality cookware while cooking breakfast! Overall, definitely worth the $! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed staying at Stephen's place. Peaceful, beautiful and quiet place. House had everything you needed, kitchen was packed with lots of kitchen stuff. The only problem we had with a hot tub.. it wasn't working. I would definitely come back.

Tica is an amazing host! This place was everything we hoped for and more! We wanted a place that was quiet and in nature, by the river was a plus! This place provided all of that & more! She even had us farm fresh eggs & sausage & homemade sourdough bread. She is extremely responsive and helpful. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, with stunning river view from the livingroom/kitchen area & bedrooms! The loft was perfect for the kids! You still get the rustic feel with the river side cabin and no tv, but yet modern with the Wi-Fi and appliances. It was exactly what we needed to escape to! The area is absolutely beautiful and you have your own private river access! We absolutely can not wait to come back and stay longer next time!
