Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Perry County

Adam was a wonderful host. Our family really enjoyed our visit at this very charming home. A lot of memories were made.

This place is awesome! We had a really great time. There are plenty of things to do at the home without ever leaving. We used the pool table, shuffle board, and arcade games quite often. The hot tub is a nice addition. There are a few board games. The place is well stocked with a lot of toiletries, cooking supplies, and a few snacks. Home was very clean. It's right next to the lake, very close to a lot of popular restaurants on the lake, right next to a place where you can get boat rentals, and right next to Fairfeild beach. Check in was super easy. Dave was very responsive and assisted us with getting a high chair upon request. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to find but you are actually in the basement of a house built on a hill. I don’t think that shows in the listing. The people above you actually live there. They greeted us and were both lovely. I didn’t realize it was really one big room. Also, it is much more rustic than it looks in the photos. The porch with the hot tub, table, swing and glider was very nice as it looked out on the big field and woods. Bre and Peter were very quick at getting back to me if I had a question. I did not like having to go through a second app though. I’d rather do everything just through Airbnb.

Great stay! Ideal for any event or family gathering. Host was attentive, accommodating, easy to contact, and very friendly. Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Adam's beautiful, spacious home was perfect for our 50th anniversary celebration with our 3 adult children and their families. The home is designed in such a way as to provide lots of opportunities to make memories together while still providing separate, quiet areas when needed. We took full advantage of the firepit, media room, well-equipped kitchen, games, loft area, and especially the ping-pong table which saw hours of action! The swinging bed on the back porch and the hot tub were also big hits! The location is quiet and peaceful. Coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Adam was also a wonderful, responsive communicator quickly answering any questions we had prior to and during our visit. We would LOVE to return and make more memories in this beautiful spot!

Beautiful location at Buckeye Lake. The home comfortably accommodated our extended family which included 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. The space was stocked with all essential items. Towels and linens were extremely comfortable which is not always guaranteed at Airbnb rentals. Patrick was proactive in his communication and extremely responsive to any questions we had.

If you are looking for a place to get away and unplug…..this is it! They have spared no expense with this house! From the heated bathroom floors, top end kitchen appliances and the all mighty massage chair which is probably the price of a nice used car!!! Its fairly close to golf, grocery stores and canoeing. Stacey the host is the best! Very responsive and proactively communicates to make the stay very enjoyable! We will stay here again for sure!!! Felt like home!

My husband and I just got back from staying here with our two small children, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything was immaculate. It was peaceful and private, and felt safe and very welcoming. Tons of amenities, had everything we needed and then some. Everything was thought out. Super clean. Great location. We LOVED all the wildlife. The hot tub was perfect and a huge favorite with our family. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms were spotless, host was amazing. Just fantastic experience all around. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a super nice stay for my friend and I. We booked this last minute, but it was so beautiful. Brian was very helpful with the check-in process, and everything was easy to find inside. The hot tub was really nice, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Would 100% come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures online don’t do this place justice, it was gorgeous inside and out. It was kid friendly/ private and had everything we needed. Brian was great; let us get inside a few minutes early when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

This property is exactly what we were looking for…secluded, private & breathtakingly beautiful. We spent our 4 days relaxing outside….we used the amazing pool, hot tub & cold plunge daily. We explored the wooded trails they have marked out. At night we built a fire & made s’mores. Prior to arriving I purchased add ons & Keith or Raya responded to all my questions quickly. They set up a couples massage & an in cabin chef…both were AMAZING. When we arrived, check in was easy peasy & Todd was delightful to chat with. Once settled in, anytime we needed anything we just sent a text to the office & had a reply ASAP. But the most important thing to me is that is was SUPER CLEAN. I am OCD about the places we stay & even though we have stayed at many “luxury” hotels & resorts…I have never been so impressed with the cleanliness as I was with The Observatory. It was by far better than expected, so peaceful & we felt right at home. We love it so much it will now be our yearly anniversary getaway❤️

Roger’s place was even better than the photos!! The view was absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights & wished that we could have stayed another night or two. Loved the corn hole boards & hot tub! Plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion! Roger even allowed us to check in an hour early since we arrived into the area earlier than expected. If you’re on the fence because of the price, do it! It’s so worth it!

Loved this spot. Close to all the great hiking spots, beautiful home, modern, yet fit right into the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We rented this cabin for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was perfect for our weekend d getaway and delivered what we were looking for...relaxation and peaceful. The cabin itself was beautiful, then add in a hot tub, and a great space for a fire pit and game room in the basement! We will definitely rent from Jon again in the future!! 1000% recommend this cabin and renting fromJon!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It had the perfect amount of space for our group and felt so secluded while still being close to Logan. The hot tub was amazing, and the small creek out back added to the peaceful, scenic setting. The cabin had all the amenities we needed, blending a rustic feel with modern updates. We had no issues with the WiFi, even with eight of us using it, it worked just as well as any other Hocking Hills cabin we’ve stayed at. The only downside was the well water smell, which was pretty strong, even for someone used to well water. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing escape in Hocking Hills.

The cabin was very well kept and had great space for our group of four adults and two little kids. It was on the safe side for a crawling baby, so that was a plus! One of the bedrooms was on the smaller side and was tight with our pack n play. The basement was a nice space to have on rainy days. It was a 5-10 minute hike down to the pond. Our group enjoyed fishing in the pond! Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! We cooked most of our meals there, so the fully stocked kitchen was great! It was very peaceful and we really enjoyed the hot tub too! We hope to be back sometime!

We stayed here during a family reunion and rented out both cabins (The Jack and The Woodford). We loved how close they were to each other. There was more than enough room even when we were all together in one cabin for dinners. Having wood provided for the fire pits was also a nice touch. It was a short walk between house but the trail was very muddy. We would HIGHLY recommend putting gravel down on the trail between them as you could clearly slide that a four wheeler had gone through there and really muddied it up big time. Overall we would all stay there again!
