E' presente un divanoletto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale separati solamente da una credenza (non ci sono porte che separano i due letti). Il bagno e' composto da wc, bidet, lavabo e ampia doccia,asciugacapelli. All'interno dell'alloggio e' presente una stufa a pellet. completano la struttura parcheggio privato e area verde esterna.
