You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

You will have access to: * on the ground floor: 1 kitchen open to the living/dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. * on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/WC. All baby comforts will be available on request (baby bed, highchair, changing mat)

You will be in the heart of southern Burgundy between Morvan, Charolais meadows and the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise. We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Independent accommodation.

We provide you with an independent space of 37 m2 in our house. It consists of a spacious entrance that leads to a shower room, separate toilets and the living room that gives you access to the breathtaking and peaceful view of the surrounding countryside. A kitchenette will allow you to eat. Bed 140/190 type Futon. Linens and hand towels are available.
