On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Our air-conditioned GREEN HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relax, do yoga, meditate, ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which lead to Fazana and Valbandon where you can meet other activities.

Less than 5 minute walk takes you to two shops,bakery,fruit and veggie shop,restaurant/pizza place and newsagents. There is a little bar just across the road too. First beach is either 15 min walk or two minutes car ride,parking is free.
