Couldn’t be more delighted with our stay here at Pavlos’s! The villa was perfect and had everything we need, so beautiful, especially during the sunrises! We got a car for the week but we did also enjoy the walk down to the strip , about 15 minutes and plenty to see. Pavlos and the team were very helpful and quick to respond , thank you! Would definitely come and stay again :))

The Villa it self was a 10/10 experience. Everything was very clean and spotless. The villa was very spacious, really good for six people. The kitchen had all the essential amenities for cooking. The location was also good. The villa is a 5 min walk away from the beach and the protaras main strip which has many restaurants etc. Just take into concideration that the Villa is next to a busy road, so there was a little bit of noise from the traffic. The pool area and the sunbeds were nice and comfy. The patio area was also very nice and clean.

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. The villa is great, and I'd definitely recommend it! Antony and Kerry were super helpful and always quick to respond. They were just excellent hosts. The pool is a highlight and we really enjoyed it! Like others have said, the highway is close, which makes it easy to get to all the nice spots, but you might hear some traffic noise at night. All in all, this is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at!

We had a great stay at Kyriaki’s place. It was conveniently located for our trip and Kyriaki was extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our arrival and very flexible which took some stress away from our journey. The apartment was lovely and clean, everything as described. Outdoor space is lovely and private. Great pool that was attended to during our stay. We would love to come back again :)

Everything about the villa was great. From the location to the actual villa itself. The hosts were very helpful and their response time was also always very swift, they made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. They also sent us a link to an app for the villa we could download, which covered everything we needed to know from the accommodation to the different pubs/restaurants in the area. Thanks Xenios!

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Anthea’s place was lovely, very bear the sea and with lots of useful amenities nearby especially for families. Anthea as a host is very responsive and she answered promptly all our questions. I highly recommend her and her place to others looking for a peaceful area for families around the area of protaras/paralimni. The place was clean and cosy.

We really loved our stay - it was perfect for a large group with a lovely pool and amazing view of the sea, especially from the roof! The kitchen and BBQ area also contained all the cooking equipment that we needed, making it very easy to cook dinner for everyone.

We had the best time here! It’s a perfect location - situated ideally between gorgeous beaches and the town (restaurants and shops). Zoe’s place had absolutely everything we needed for our family and we felt right at home in her lovely place. Zoe herself was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay with our two toddlers easy and enjoyable. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend others to stay here too! Nick provided a full-service experience, promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us with obtaining tickets to events near Ayia Napa. Everything listed in the advertisement was present, and the four bathrooms and four bedrooms were a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Great location. Easy access to shops and sea front.

Such a rare find. We were so lucky to have such a beautiful spot with the quietest beach you could imagine, even when the waves were big the bay was peaceful and calm. Even the temperature of the sea was warmer on our little beach. Enjoyed snorkelling around. Was able to bring my 82 year old mum into the sea safely with a pair of crocs on. The pool was warm and clean. Serviced daily too. Even the beach was clean. Dream holiday home. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Connie’s villa. The location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants, the beachfront, and a supermarket, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. The garden and pool were absolutely perfect for our kids, who spent hours happily running around and playing in the huge outdoor space. Inside, the villa had everything we could possibly need. It’s easily the best-equipped place we’ve ever stayed at and felt like a home away from home. Connie was fantastic throughout, with thoughtful, thorough communication and quick support whenever we needed it. We're already looking forward to rebooking for our next trip!

Toykan's house was amazing and it had everything what is needed for a family! We've stayed there for a month with our baby and all I can say is that we felt like home. Spacious house with great kitchen, fast internet, various books and boarding games and lovely details made us feeling like at our home. Huge recommendation for Toykan's house, especially for long term stays. Toykan was very friendly and even provided a spare monitor that I needed for my remote work. Our stay was 10/10. Thank you Toykan!!!

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

A lovely home in a great location. We had been to the area previously so knew the area and Jan’s home was a lot easier to get around than the last place we stayed. Having downloaded the old welcome notes I may have e driven Jan mad in the first 24 hours but she was very patient with me 😊 would definitely stay again!

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Our Host was pleasant and quick to respond to our queries. The villa is well equipped, spacious and very clean. The pool was cleaned regularly and the outside area neatly maintained. Highly recommended and look forward to a return visit.

We had the best imaginable stay! I can’t praise Menelaos enough. He was so helpful, the communication and meet & greet was great. He even dropped by during our stay to give us some treats. If we are to return to Cyprus, Menelaos will be the first person I go to.

We have visited during the winter. It was a great decision. The villa is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, which suited us fine, as we did not look for a busy tourist center attraction. There is a supermarket nearby, and the beach, and an option for a nice walk on the coast. Overall it is a prime location for a family holiday. The villa itself is not new, but well maintained with a real lawn around, not to mention lovely mandarine and citrus trees which give you the freshest fruits. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms give plenty of space. The Internet connection is very fast and can serve well those who have to do some online work. There is also a nice grill area outside, which we have used all the time to master Cyprus bbq skills. The holidays were great, we are looking forward to coming back one day.
