Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Everything as advertised, good location close to everything, clean and organized. The hosts were perfect, very attentive and flexible, always responded very quickly.

This is the second time I've stayed with Simone and Solange. Both are super friendly and helpful! To help us, they were flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment was impeccable, clean, organized and, as always, easily accessible. The building staff are also very friendly! We had 2 rainy days, and I have a 2 and a half year old daughter, with all the building's infrastructure, it was easy to entertain the little one! I highly recommend and I will come back other times!

The best apartment and accommodation so far, and I travel twice a year. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, when we arrived everything was very clean. TD what was in the listing was offered to us, my family and I simply love it, we will return more often, I thank all the hosts for their readiness and attention. To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, even better! The swimming pool is an oasis. The super clean apartment with utensils in the first-rate kitchen. The only thing I recommend is to bring adapter for your electronic utensils. Powerful appliances need adapters such as a dryer, electric coffee maker and airfryer. The stay was impeccable. I'll be back!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! Super worth the price paid! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great stay, everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning saved us, because it was really hot. The host was very nice, gave the necessary support and tips on beaches and places to go. Very close to the beach, about 2 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a market downstairs, which makes it easier if you need anything! Everything excellent!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The house is great, large, well furnished and equipped. All very clean with high quality sheets and towels. The condominium is equipped with a swimming pool, full gym and courts. The condominium's security is another highlight. The condominium is part of the Jequitimar Hotel complex, so we were able to take advantage of the hotel's beach structure (suns, chairs, towels, etc.) in addition to the hotel's pools. The host is attentive and quick to answer questions. Spotless experience. Highly recommend.
