Roberta is an excellent hostess, welcomed us very well and stayed at the disposal all the time. The house is a cute, just like the photos. Bedding and bathing clothes clean and smelling, house clean, and utensils working perfectly.

Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to all be together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for these days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The house is very good, very wide, the decor is beautiful. The site is perfect, close to a beach that is great but easily accessible to other beaches. Next to markets, wineries... Ronald is very polite and request, whenever I needed him to put himself at the disposal and helped us. The house has small details that will not even diminish the experience, but if corrected it would make it excellent! It was worth it to have stayed on it.

The house is just spotless! Everything is extremely clean and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is super complete, with all the necessary utensils and also has a dishwasher, which was a great differential. The rooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned in the suites, ensuring great nights of rest. The outdoor area is also amazing, with a huge pool, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Also, the water filter with ice option was a detail that made all the difference. Patrícia and Sérgio were super gentle and supportive, always ready to help with whatever it took. The best home we've ever stayed in Guarujá!! The Giovanni house is perfect, in perfect condition equal to the photos, very well airy, totally complete, accommodated well 8 people, wonderful location, close to trades, the corner bakery has everything you may need, in addition to the Sugar Loaf market in the shopping mall a 5 minute walk or Extra a 5 minute drive, super close to the beach, you can walk quietly, everything perfect, Giovanni was very flexible with the check in and Mr. Zezinho is also super adorable, the neighborhood is very quiet, it was wonderful days, we will return soon! Reginaldo's house is wonderful, an excellent place to rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, safe. The house is beautiful, everything was in order, the number of rooms( all suite) facilitated the distribution among the family.
