Apartment holiday rentals in Perledo

Serena is very helpful, communicative, everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment was very clean and prepared for our stay, nothing was missing. Serena quickly responded to our messages, gave us tips on what we can see in the area. Perledo is a beautiful and peaceful place. It takes a dozen or so minutes to climb the hill, but the views reward everything. I'm sure we'll be back. The area is delightful!!!

Comfortable and clean. Very quiet. The view is amazing. Kitchen is teeny tiny but we were able to make coffee fine. Having a washer was nice. The grocery store was small but sufficient for our needs. They have fresh bread and rolls. The focaccia especially was excellent. Easiest to get to the store by taking the walkways behind the Bistro. We ate at the Bistro below twice. The first night the food was amazing and the next night it was good but not awesome. Finding the path to Varenna was a challenge. My recommendation is to go to the grocery store and take the stairs next to their door. Then go right and when you see a sign on the left for “parco giochi” follow that road and the path is right there. Whenever you come to a road, follow the white path across and look around carefully for the entrance to the next section of the path. Sometimes it’s hard to see it. And watch for sign posts pointing the way to Varenna. Take a taxi up with your luggage. We loved Monica, one of ones listed.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Very clean and peaceful stay at Perledo. Nicola and Sonia's team were very helpful in getting us to the apartment after we failed to find a taxi: the apartment is on a hill so you definitely need transport to get there so I would recommend everyone coming to Perledo to reserve in advance and follow directions from Nicola/Sonia. Many thanks to Laura as well who was a godsend in personally chauffeuring us to the apartment during check in and train station during checkout. Highly recommend!

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

Excellent service. Late in the evening respondent immediately. And changing coffeepot in few minutes. Great service In terms of kitchen equipment could add: toaster, milk creamer and soup spoon. A bit basic the equipment. Table outside difficult to clean.

Outstanding Host/co-host - Truly Above and Beyond. We had to leave early due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, but Andrea and this property are exceptional. Stunning apartment with great views in a quiet area apart from busy Varenna. Lovely decor, quite clean, kitchen that makes you want to cook. Ample dedicated parking was perfect for this area. Superb check-in instructions - truly impressive. Andrea's hospitality is remarkable. When we encountered an issue, she went above and beyond with incredible responsiveness and genuine care for her guests. She represents the very best of Airbnb hosting. Absolutely recommend this beautiful property host/co-host. 5 stars - Highly recommended!

Perfect location for getting the ferry boats. Close to the train station. Restaurants next door for convenience. Beautiful walking path along the lake to other restaurants and shops.

Tizi’s house is in an incredible location to base out from if you’re looking to explore Lake Como. Varenna is a beautiful town - not too busy, not too quiet and probably the most picturesque we found. Tizi made our stay very comfortable and went out of his way to pick us up from the train station, drop us off and helped us work out how we could leave Varenna with train closure. Overall, great location, comfortable accomodation and Tizi’s personable nature made this a highlight of our Italy trip.

Perfect location in Varenna. Very close to the train station, close to the ferry dock. A short walk to the centre and restaurants and bars. Will rent the same appartment if we return. Loved staying in Varenna as a base for visiting Lake Como. Very clean and nice appartment. Lovely bathroom. The hosts was very helpful, offered restauranttips and was avaiable for questions and further help. Thank you!

Lake Como (Varenna) is stunning. We loved this rental and the gorgeous patio deck ( you can see the mountains and there is a running stream nearby). Easy to walk to town or catch ferry. Very comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. Washer and drying racks were also helpful. No complaints at all. Would stay here again.

The apartment was as in the photos. Really very cozily furnished (the small kitchen even has a dishwasher, which we were very happy about) and very clean. There is a large parking lot, which is very positive, because a car is quite important in the area. The hallway into the valley can be strenuous and the bus runs a little irregular (in our experience). Overall, it was a great stay with Irina and Lina and we felt very comfortable at the place.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Great stay at Denis apartment, apartment was simple but perfect for a few days and great location with tasty restaurants around. The view is breathtaking!

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
