But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
