Very beautiful house. Peaceful, relaxing and pleasant. Our stay went well. Xavier was available by phone and sent us tips for walks via email. It was very appreciated. To be done again with great pleasure

Nyree and Jeff were the perfect hosts and their home in Proissans is just idyllic. We had 6 wonderful days there and wished we’d booked longer. The setting is so beautiful, the gite is lovely, cosy and well appointed, we loved the animals and the pool, and Nyree and Jeff were so kind and welcoming. There is lots to do in the surrounding areas and Nyree and Jeff made some great recommendations including canoeing along the dordogne and a visit to Chateau des Milandes. We would 100% recommend a stay and hope to return again next year.

i think I've never rented such a clean place and what a pleasure! The house matches the description and even better than the photos. The kitchen equipment is top notch. We felt right at home and it's not easy! Quiet house but shops are 5 minutes away by car. We found the hot tub nice to spend the new year. Thanks to Pauline for his availability and hospitality. Relaxing and refreshing family stay. Do it again in summer for this time to take advantage of the swimming pool.

What a fabulous gite in a wonderful location to explore the best of the Dordogne. 10 minutes from Terrasson, a beautiful old town on the river, spoilt for choice for great restaurants… or simple chilled evenings taking in the views. Jenny (& Fleur) is the perfect host, going above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. Not intrusive but if you a fancy a glass of wine she will be on hand! (thank you for ours) We would return in a heartbeat and hopefully soon. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay with Sofie and Irm. After a long drive, we arrived very late in the evening, in the dark. Nevertheless, we were received with great kindness by Sofie and we immediately saw: this is a beautiful place. The gite is equipped with all comforts, is super clean and very nicely decorated. The grounds are very large, beautiful and definitely worth exploring. Monpazier is within walking distance with many good restaurants. Sofie and Irm are very sweet hosts. They are always up for a chat, give valuable tips, and gave us fresh eggs every few days. You can really see that they enjoy hosting guests and making them feel comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

We had a very good stay at La Florelie. The setting is really beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Total relaxation. Thanks to Simon for his welcome as well as Beau and Belle ;) I recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful place to stay if you plan to come to the Lot. The house is very beautiful, decorated with great taste and very well equipped. Birdie was very available and responded favourably to all our requests. The garden is very pleasant for dinner in the evening. We will definitely come back here if we return to the area.

Very pleasant stay in this small cottage, very well furnished, with everything, including food! Very discreet hosts but very attentive to well-being. Peaceful and serene setting that we will be happy to return to on a future trip!

Sophie and Craig were the perfect hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcoming (and much appreciated) basket of goodies waiting for us on our arrival and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The gite was just as described and the perfect place to unwind. Lovely views throughout the meadow and surrounding area, the natural pool was a delight. The chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast and the dogs, Roo and Ted are adorable. We stayed for a month enjoyed a very relaxing time. Marie Christine could not have been more helpful. The village is beautiful and busy during the day but very quiet at night with limited restaurants open. But it is open with all the restaurants at lunch time. The Bar in the centre of the village was very friendly and we would recommend the hotel in the village for food! The walks were sublime - if you love walking you will love it here. Marie Christine was super helpful and hospitable - even when we accidentally broke her fridge - a truly lovely lady. If you like quirky you will love it here.

Wow, what a place. The view is fantastic. The cottage is fine. I'm glad there are two showers. We were allowed to use the pool and that was really great! The hosts are very nice and offer help where needed.

We had a wonderful stay in the house. The arrival was a little earlier and was no problem. Super friendly people who were always ready and responded immediately. The location was very quiet and enjoyable ! Definitely recommended for unwinding

Very welcoming, sympathetic house. It seemed as if the residents had gone out for a while and would return. Everything is present and works. Very nice television room (Roland Garros). Absolutely quiet location, you only hear nature and beautiful views over the hills.

We had a great week at Christian's place. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, quiet. The garden is superb and very well maintained, itself surrounded by meadows and forests. A real slice of heaven. Christian is very discreet but super responsive. A nice meeting. Lots of places to visit within a 30 km perimeter, castles, caves, ruins, nature hikes to do ... Both parents and children were delighted with this stay. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks Christian!

Staying with Carl and Tara was a highlight of our road trip. Too much to say in a little review like this, but suffice it to say, you won’t regret staying here 1 bit. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Nothing to say about the place, it was perfect. Cécile and Sean had great tips. There are plenty of places to visit near the accommodation, gastronomic discoveries and pretty villages. A very nice place.

Christine is a fantastic host and the gite and very pretty gardens reflect her peaceful and kind personality. Knothing is too much trouble. The flowers left at our door were such a kind thing to do from your garden and the tiramasu-Simons favourite. Not forgetting the radishes😀 The pool is great, water warm and private. The massage was heavenly and I felt totally relaxed. Christine has a special gift of giving peace. We loved it here and will definetely be back. Lou and Sweetie are adorable. We had a great time, a soothing environment with breathtaking views. A cottage can be more pleasant, cozy and very well equipped. A wood burning stove that gives a real charm to the cottage as well as its pool. Our hostess's recommendations were good advice. A beautiful area that will easily fall in love with and a pleasant local population. Lots of places to visit all of great beauty.

We had a lovely time at Isabelle and Thierry's place. The accommodation was perfect, very nice and very well equipped, in a quiet area. A beautiful pool and the weather was with us so we enjoyed it... Isabelle and Thierry are very kind and very available, the communication between us went very well....
