We had a great time with friends in this area that responds to all the criticisms: very clean, perfectly equipped, beautiful living rooms, quiet, peaceful. The ultimate remains the indoor pool + sauna + jacuzzi that really make the difference, with an amazing view of the landscape. Responsive hosts, thank you again, I highly recommend if you want to spend a weekend with friends or family, this place is perfect.

Excellent stay in a very nice accommodation! The hot tub did us a lot of good, especially since the weather was cool! The owners were very friendly and considerate. Really no complaints and we'll be back sometime😊!

We had chosen Aude's apartment for its proximity to the highway, without any noise inconvenience, the environment is very quiet. We arrived later than expected, around 10pm but were hosted very well! The listing matched the photos, easy to find, and Aude was very responsive. The umbrella bed had already been mounted. In short, a quick and relaxing stopover on the holiday route! Thank you again

Very pleasant, clean and very quiet cottage. Good communication with Arnaud who quickly lifted our stress on arrival. In the space, everything is set up to make you immediately feel very comfortable. The only less positive point is the toilet that is not closed, which can be inconvenient. We had a very nice stay despite the bad weather.

Lovely, welcoming hosts and beautiful accommodation, with the bonus of private, off-street parking. A great find and one we hope to return to in the future! Don’t hesitate to book it if you can!

This is our first Christmas away from home, so a stranger's home. We were received by Nathalie with a big smile and kindness. She even surprised us by setting up a Christmas tree and preparing a fire in the stove. Amazing! Our stay went wonderfully. A home where the living is good, where the decoration was done with care and passion. It feels good there, a real cocoon. And in addition, a magnificent view! And so, a taste of "come back" settles in, to discover the region this time. A negative point? Yes, our stay... much too short ;-) Thanks again Nathalie, for hosting us.

Excellent 4-day weekend with 6 friends + 1 dog at Roger and Suzanne's! They were very welcoming and warm. We particularly appreciated the wooded setting, with the presence of colorful peacocks. The house matches the listing, so we were able to rest peacefully during this charming stay, to be recommended!

Corinne and Laurent welcomed us into their world created so that their guests have activities and essentials at their disposal. The pool is lovely. A real pool for swimming, swimming, and fun. We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. Ben made us very welcome, greeting us on arrival and showed us around the property explaining where everything was. The gardens were large and safe and secure for the dogs to roam. We also loved using the private smaller garden attached to the cottage for relaxation. The pool area was well kept and looked inviting but it was too cold to use. The location was very rural and peaceful with a short drive needed to visit boulangerie and restaurants. Ben provided a very detailed information pack with super recommendations for eating out and takeaway pizza. We used one of Ben's canoes to explore the Dordogne and he helpfully drove us to the start and picked us up afterwards. The house was perfect with everything provided and a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Some care was needed to access the upstairs bedroom due to limited headroom on the stairs. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

We had a great time at Jacotte's place. Pleasant and peaceful place. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. The house is lovely, comfortable and nicely furnished. Dordogne is a beautiful area where we will be happy to return. We recommend this listing which is nice and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful week at Coucou Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and is beautifully styled and furnished throughout. Thédirac is a peaceful village, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. We enjoyed our morning trip to the boulangerie and there was so much to do in the area, we need to come back so we can do more! Rachel is a wonderful host, who made us feel extremely welcome and at home, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Alicja and Micheal. Very welcomed as soon as we arrived . Both are very easy going and approachable. Always there to help. Gite was very clean and had everything you to self cater.

This place is a real gem. Louise and Pete are excellent hosts, very discrete but always there if you need anything, and we loved chatting to them. The place is cosy, clean and peaceful with a great view. We came away feeling incredibly rested and happy after exploring the local villages, kayaking down the river and spending two very happy afternoons at the local lake. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We have just spent a very relaxing 2 weeks at Naomi's lovely gite. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed; we especially liked the covered terrace off the kitchen and the pool area. The gite is in a very peaceful, secluded location but within easy reach of plenty of picturesque bastide towns. The closest, Villeréal, is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and food shops as well as weekly markets and evening food markets - it was really lovely. Naomi and her family are fantastic hosts - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great holIday let!

It's been a long time since I felt so good outside my home! Christine is a warm host who knew how to make my shyness fly away at great speed. (In addition to making delicious tiramisus). As far as the space is concerned, it's a real gem. Special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding!!

Gorgeous cottage in a peaceful setting - highly recommend! Amanda had the log fire burning waiting for us to arrive, she was super helpful and the cottage has been renovated to excellent standards.
