Holiday rentals with beach access in Périgord

Very well located studio, in the heart of Martel. We were able to shine from there and there are very good restaurants in the village. Listing is as described and Clémence is very responsive.

Excellent stay, very clean accommodation, very well equipped and well located to explore the region. The accommodation remains cool despite the hot outside temperatures. mosquito nets on the windows are very much appreciated.

Charlotte's cottage is small but cozy and immaculate, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The little rear garden is delightful and private. The cottage is near a main thoroughfare but is quite soundproof when the doors are closed. It was a lovely place to stay in this quiet and picturesque little village.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne-Sophies. She has done such a fantastic job with the interior, we felt so at home! She was a brilliant host and we had a great couple of days there. The surrounding area (lake etc) is beautiful for a walk and there's a shopping centre for all your essentials very close by! We would definitely recommend Anne-Sophies place! 😃 😊 😀

If you want to find a base that is quiet, peaceful and around the must-see places of Dordogne, then Maryse's accommodation is the one for you. An exceptional person, who provides a comfortable home. Nothing is missing, clean and very functional. We recommend Maryse and her home without a second thought. Thank you again to her.

The apartment and the house are very lovingly renovated and carefully modernized, so that medieval charm and high comfort combine. The garden is large and beautiful, the location perfect. Françoise was very friendly and helpful on arrival (she also speaks very good German) and check-out was straightforward. All in all a great experience, we would have liked to have stayed a long time and enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place!

Our guests from our wedding had a fantastic stay at Francois's place. Prior to our arrival Francois was super responsive and accommodating. Do not hesitate to book. The accommodation is superb and the location cannot be beat.

Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

We had a wonderful stay in Thierry and Brigitte's small house, which is perfectly located and quiet. Being a family with 2 small children we particularly appreciated all the equipment available: bath, changing table, high chair, real bed and lots of toys. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is perfectly designed and thoughtful. It is bright, the materials are of quality and chosen with great taste, you will also find a high-end appliance. We were greeted with great warmth by Mariadèle The garden calls for relaxation and relaxation, the birds will keep you company throughout your stay. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and have a very spacious walk-in shower. The master suite (pink) also has a bath and toilet Step-free and very spacious, the house is ideal for accommodating the elderly. I would of course recommend this rental which is a good value for money compared to the services offered.

Our family spent a wonderful four days in Jean-Christophe's place, and we were very sad to leave. The garden and the view of the chateau are gorgeous, and we took good advantage of the walking trails through the woods. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable, especially with the wood fire. The village is very small, but it is an easy drive to Sarlat and some of the most beautiful towns in Dordogne, as well as the many painted caves in the Vézère Valley. Highly recommended as a quiet retreat and as a home-base to explore the region.

We had a great time in this beautiful, well renovated and well-equipped home. We highly recommend it. Very clean,good bedding and all the necessary equipment in a pretty village.

A perfect stay, from the first contact to departure. A great, lovingly renovated and furnished house with a beautiful terrace in the middle of the village... in the morning at breakfast the view of the first excursion boats and canoes, in the evening hot air balloons just above the river and village. We enjoyed many hikes and sightseeing in the immediate vicinity and then always looked forward to "coming home" to the holiday home. The contact with Anne was nice and uncomplicated… everything great and highly recommended!

Really friendly welcome, Isabelle is a very nice person, quiet and peaceful place, great vehicle access. Good bedding, nice little apartment. After all this it is difficult to say and we must specify that this apartment needs a serious cleaning. Dust and small cobwebs, shower cabin really not great (I'll skip the details, I took photos) Fridge and kitchen drawers etc... The concept of cleanliness should not be the same for everyone, sorry.

Gorgeous stay in this wonderful little town for our friends wedding. Loads of amenities in the property - TV, speaker, fans and very appreciative of the welcome wine and biscuits. Fantastic location. Only downside was that we all had to share en suite shower as the other bathroom just had a handheld shower over bath which would have caused a lot of mess if used.

We had a lovely stay. The residence is in a quiet place, close to the Parc de Pombonne, and with the heated swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing and strolling, and even eating without taking a vehicle. A space was compact but very clean and functional. It was perfect for us, we regretted leaving. Finally, very good contact with the host. We thank him for the kindness and availability.

The 4 stars for the directions was only because it was not very easy to find due to the rural location . Once locate the access was easy. The accommodation was very cleaning , comfortable and highly recommended. The only thing which would have been useful was a toaster for breakfast - there may have been one there but i couldn’t find it . Many thanks!

The property is in a great location, and it has all the amenities needed, and I felt reassured that I could contact Liz if there were any questions, but thankfully everything was so well laid out and the the booklet in the apartment explained everything.
