You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).
