A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Stearns Park (public beach) is only 5 blocks away. Whether you stay home and roast marshmallows, enjoy the spacious back yard, cookout in the screened-in patio, or if you choose to go downtown for shopping, restaurants, and local microbrews you will be sure to have a great vacation!

It will comfortably sleep two guest.
