Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle. Der Ort ist außerdem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleine Wanderungen und Radtour.

Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.
