Située dans un hameau à 5 min de Mortagne-au-Perche, la maison se compose de 4 chambres (lits doubles, possibilité de transformer la chambre bleue en 2 lits simples), à disposition 3 lits parapluies, 2 chaises hautes, table à langer, 2 salles de bains, grande cuisine ouverte sur salon avec cheminée, salon TV et 1 terrain de pétanque. Jardin arboré.

À l'étage, une grande pièce dortoir composée de deux lits 140x190, d'un fauteuil (transformable en lit une personne) et un lit bébé. Un piano vient accompagné cette pièce.
