Holiday houses in Perchas, San Sebastián Pueblo

Our stay was very comfortable. We had more than enough towels and toilet paper as well as trash bags for our week stay. The home is conveniently a 5min drive to Plaza Isabela shopping center and close to some beautiful pocitas that our 4yr old loved. Would definitely book this house again.

We had 12 in our group and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants, but you will have to drive. Less than a 15 minute drive to both Crashboat Beach and Jobos Beach, both family friendly and umbrella and chairs to rent. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home has everything you need. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We loved it, the house is very nice decorated. I loved the pool water was lukewarm, it's kind of hard to find. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommended 👌

David was a great host. He was attentive to all our needs, he responded to all our communications , he was aware that we had a phenomenal stay. The property is conveniently located close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle and with everything you need and more. Thank you David for all your attentions. Our stay at Ryan's AirB&B in Aguada was incredible! My entire family (adults, teenagers, young kids) found something they loved about the house and the property. The back of the house with the infinite pool and ocean just footsteps away was even more amazing in-person than in pictures. Indoors, the house is clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels, and bathrooms were in good shape. The house is easily kept at a comfortable temp with AC units in bedrooms and fans to help circulate air. In addition, large class doors open to allow for the constant breeze from the ocean to flow through. Outdoors, the property was beautifully landscaped. Additional perks included quality beach towels and most anything you could imagine needing to enjoy the beach. The house location is private and convenient, like pastries and sandwiches from Eileen's Bakery, just a 4-min walk. Honestly, it was hard to leave and we can't wait to return! I do not even know where to begin.. absolutely perfect! We are a family of 7 and the space accommodated us perfectly and with more space than we could ever need. Stephen and Christy were incredible hosts. They were responsive, welcoming, kind and gave the best insight to Puerto Rico and where to go/what to do. (Snorkeling under the pier at Crashboat Beach is a must!) The house is everything you could ever dream of. The views are spectacular. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and simply a paradise. The drive up the mountain, while windy and narrow, is worth every turn. It is a breathtaking drive so take your time and take in the views! We will absolutely be back to Utuado and cannot wait to plan our next trip. If you are questioning booking just BOOK THE TRIP! You will not regret it. Stephen and Christy will help you navigate your trip of a lifetime.
