Holiday rentals with a patio in Perast

The place is beautiful with spectacular view of the bay and mountains- breathtaking ! The place is very clean - spacious, has everything you will need. Vera is super nice- extremely helpful as a person, but also very kind hearted, guided us really well on going about the local areas, stayed up late for us to check in.

A million dollar view of the bay, mountains, and city of Kotor. Natasa was incredibly flexible and helpful in our arrival and throughout our stay. She and her daughter were friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Natasa's modern, ultra-clean apartment is highly recommended.

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had put tremendous thought and care into every detail of our stay. The space was immaculately clean, you could tell that serious attention had been paid to every corner, from the sparkling bathroom fixtures to the dust-free surfaces throughout. Little touches like the pod coffee machine, soft towels, and blackout curtains showed real consideration for guest comfort. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one sets the bar high. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Mitra’s place was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Selen was quite helpful, supporting us with directions, taxi’s & locations in the area. I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Great place, worth every dollar.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

As a family with 2 children going abroad for the first time, the location of the house was very nice. We were comfortable because it had a private parking space. We went to Kotor old city by car. We had no trouble checking in. The host lady quickly answered every question we asked. Overall, we were very satisfied

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Very nice apartment in a prime location with great views of the Bay of Kotor. Overall, a varied, cozy and uncomplicated area for holidays. Radmila is a very nice host and well organized. Would come back anytime!

This is a gem within the old town. The location is exceptional while the apartment itself is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax. Well decorated and looks newly renovated. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, everything was working perfectly, and it had everything we needed. It's beautifully styled and feels really comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — fast and helpful. The view is absolutely stunning, which made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
