Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peraia

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

The apartment is as described and I would 100% recommend it for the area. The beach is super close and a good bakery and small supermarket around the corner. Although there is a cafe next door and a bit of traffic on the road it is quiet in the apartment. The beds are comfortable and the whole apartment is in a good condition. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and there are amenities in the bath room, many towels, nice sheets, coffee and even some home made sweets. Eleni and Dora were very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Thank you for having us!

Very nice and beautiful place

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Great location, very close to the beach and to the bus station. Has all you need close to the location such as stores coffee shop. The host was very represive and helpful. Recommend!

We just had a wonderful week at Maria's Studio 2 - apartement room number 102! We especially liked the shaded ground floor terrace where we could sit in privacy, and the great location which is super close to the beach promenade, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The kitchen equipment was basic, but very functional nevertheless. The aircondition worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is rather small and simple. Dimitris was very helpful and friendly, always reacted quickly to questions, and was happy to provide information about local transportation. When something broke in the bathroom, he just fixed it right on the next day!

Very nice and friendly welcome. Our host was also always helpful and recommended us some good places. Check-in worked perfectly even though our plane was delayed. We are extremely satisfied and look forward to coming back

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and in the pictures. Nikolaos was always available and responded quickly. He is a host who cares about making his guests feel comfortable. The location is very central. 10 minutes to the beach, bakery around the corner, supermarket and other shops as well. You can wonderfully watch the hustle and bustle on the street from the balcony. We can only recommend the apartment. We will be happy to come back. Thanks Nikos!

This is a great place in the centre of Thessaloniki. It’s located in a great street with loads of restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. The appartement was very clean, cool (airco was great for the hot days), had a very comfortable bed. It is a modern appartement and the balcony is a great plus. All communication was very good. Would recommend if you want a clean and comfy hotel-experience Airbnb in the centre.

Katerina was an excellent host! Her instructions for the self check-in were very detailed and inspired a sense of trust and safety. The house is exactly as shown in the photos—renovated, tasteful, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach! The neighborhood has everything you need for daily life: groceries, restaurants, cafés. Just a note: if you’re getting around by car, it can be difficult to find free parking. Luckily, we stayed during a summer long weekend when locals from Thessaloniki traditionally head to Halkidiki, so we didn’t have any issues with parking! I highly recommend it.

The apartment is pleasant to stay in, clean, with all the necessary appliances. I would especially point out that there were baths, shampoos, cold water in the fridge, coffee and the like in the apartment. Accessibility and proximity to all attractions. We spent wonderful days :) Stella is a wonderful hostess and despite the late check-in, she waited for us and greeted us with refreshments :) the apartment was very clean, everything as described, the location was great and everything was close :) Thanks to the help and a lot of tips from Stella, we could feel at home and have a nice time. The place was very clean and fresh and had all the necessities. Walkable distance from the center but also access to busses and subway. Perfect for a couple that wants to explore the city!
