Monthly Rentals in Penzing

Our hostess was really sweet and accommodating and immediately helped us with a small problem with the Internet and also offered us peppermint and lemon balm from her own garden. So she was all around concerned about our well-being and that we have a nice, relaxing stay. The communication was completely straightforward. It was a wonderful trip and the apartment offered the cozy retreat you need after a busy day of excursions. :-)

Markus’ place was the perfect home away from home! The place has everything needed for a comfortable stay: from kitchen equipped with anything necessary, super comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. There are beautiful walks close by with a beautiful river views. Shops are a little further away, so having a car is better, but manageable with a bike as well. My experience with the hosts was absolutely delightful, they were kind and responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. And Pauli, their dog, is an absolute joy to have around, welcoming me back home every time. Great stay and strongly recommended!

I worked 10 days in Penzing Studios and Peter and Monika's apartment was the perfect solution for my stay, by bike it is only 10 minutes, by car it is a stone's throw! In the beautiful, spacious and warm apartment, there is everything you need on a business trip. Internet is fast and reliable, a supermarket and bank are a few minutes' walk away. Monika and Peter are two wonderful hosts, helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it!

The welcome was very warm, we felt comfortable right away. The apartment was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, we didn't get much out of it, as we were only there for breakfast and sleeping. But next time we are in town, we will gladly stay with Roman and Rosemarie again. We will definitely recommend the accommodation.
