Beautiful place. Perfect for me & two kids in 20s. Very connected to the surrounding nature, sounds of howler monkeys and birds . Clean and refreshing pool with waterfall. As beautiful as pix. Short walk (5-10 minutes) into town, beach and national park . The 2 smaller bedrooms could hear nearby partying late into the night ( but I didn’t) . Could have used more prior advice about pros and cons of getting there ( rental car, Caribe shuttle or plane to Limón ) but Kirsten was very responsive once we were there . Had a blissful time!

We were in the villa at the end of our Costa Rica trip and it exceeded our expectations. The garden is beautifully landscaped and we spent most of our time outside thanks to the great outdoor kitchen and the huge pool. We especially liked the style of the house and the furnishings, a great mix of modern and Caribbean flair. Also the bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccable and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Javier as host welcomed us very warmly and was always available for questions. You can immediately tell that everyone here is passionate about what they do. Anytime again and highly recommended.

This was a gorgeous home! We enjoyed listening to the birds and monkeys each morning. We even got to see 2 green Macaws fly over! The view is breathtaking! Delicious coffee and sugar was provided. We had a mishap with some broken glass and Felipe quickly sent someone over to help clean it up so we didn’t get hurt! The driveway is very steep but made for a good workout to break up all of the relaxing! We had no issue walking to the beach. My only feedback is there are not enough towels provided considering there is a pool and beach. For 2 women staying 2 nights we were given only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, no wash cloths. So we had to repeatedly use the same towel after the pool, beach, and showers. Not a big deal but not ideal either. Otherwise this home was perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, local, beachy vibe in Costa Rica!!

¡An excellent experience! The house is as seen in the photos: beautiful, modern, very clean and well organized. Everything was in perfect condition and you can see the care in every detail. The host was very quick to respond to any queries, which made everything even easier. The area is very quiet and private, ideal for relaxing. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Sleeping Sloth-Walking distance to Playa Grande

We loved this house so much and we were sad to leave. It has everything! The couch and bed were very cozy, as were the blankets! AC inits are in the bedrooms, and it’s enough with the fan to keep the house a very comfortable temperature. The windows were amazing for privacy. There are a few other homes on the road, you wouldn’t notice them. If you walk to the beach, at the end of the road turn left and you will see a little path (don’t walk through the mud right ahead as we did ha!) it’s a beautiful walk, we recommend. At the house we saw toucans, monkeys and a lot of birds, roosters, and the neighborhood dogs. Rise Group were incredible hosts, easy communication, arranged for laundry to be done at the house and I got to practice my Spanish with the friendly woman who came. Starlink internet was inconsistent for video calls and we couldn’t take our calls at the same time. This place is even better than the pictures.
