Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. Fun fact: The Blue Angels home base is Pensacola, and you can see them practicing from our front porch. See photos for copy/paste of the 2022 practice schedule.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near restaurants, beaches lakes and more. You can enjoy a big yard during the day and a beautiful, peaceful bone fire at night. Parking instructions: Park right in front of the house, on the left side of the tree that’s right in front of the property.
