Excellent stay. Incredible location and the place just as advertised. Sandra was great and really helpful, providing travel cot and high chair for us and really accommodating with the dog too.

Great apartment, spacious and in amazing updated condition, easily walkable to everywhere and off street parking was a bonus. Flexible check in and friendly supportive host.

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Well equipped flat. Nice outside space. Good location, easy walk into town. Nice views across to Flushing from the kitchen. Nick & Sarah were very helpful and responsive. Milk, eggs and butter in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. Would stay again

The Eyrie is a lovely apartment on two floors, 2 bedrooms below and a kitchen/dining/living room plus roof terrace above. It was perfect for two couples for a long weekend in Falmouth. It has a wonderful light and airy feel, with great views from the living room and the terrace looking down over the town, the harbour and out to sea. The flat was very well appointed and was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms immaculate. There are quite a lot of stairs to be climbed, so not really suitable for the less mobile.

Landelijk gelegen. Niet echt locaties om te wandelen. Wel goed gelegen ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden. Opladen is geweldig pluspunt.

Lovely stay, gorgeous house and neighborhood. Landlords were 100% friendly and responsive to all queries.

This house is perfect. Clean, extremely spacious with a delightful garden complete with table and chairs, leading on to the stream. This is our second stay, another one booked for the autumn and already thinking about next year. A real home from home, in a delightful village and with good neighbours. Can’t fault it at all.

Elliot and Becca's place is fantastic. It is really well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with separate cozy sitting rooms. Check in with a key in a lock box was easy, and the hosts were flexible about our late arrival. We had a super time and would love to stay again soon.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We had a perfect stay at the Little Barn. The photos just don’t do the accommodation justice! Everything was perfect. The views, the comfiest bed, beautiful bath, the outdoor space - it was all lovely. Jon & Vic were great hosts and super helpful. We managed to see a lot of Cornwall in our four days and found the barn was well located for trips to Padstow, Mawgan Porth, Carbis Bay & St Ives, Port Isaac and Fowey. The recommendations book in the Barn gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, pubs and bakeries. Thank you for a lovely stay - we would love to return!

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

We enjoyed our week at Le Coin Perdu. The property is well placed to explore the whole of Falmouth and we were able to walk all around the town, visit pubs, shops and restaurants and walk to Gyllyngavase beach each morning. The property is as described and with views across the estuary. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have no hesitation in recommending this property. The welcome touch of daffodils and scones, jam, cream and milk was very nice: thank you.

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

Super easy check in process - house was lovely and clean and great location - will book again next year!

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

Looking for a base from which to explore Cornwall in April 2025, we found this remarkable place. Comprehensive instructions for getting there, a warm well stocked kitchen and thoughtful milk and biscuits. From the large, comfortable kitchen/diner a door on the left opened into the bedroom with a king size bed, large storage chest and TV. The bed was very comfortable with bedside lights and adequate pillows. The other door from the kitchen was the lounge, cabinet with mugs and glassware, huge L shaped couch, table with a lamp, wood burner in the corner and the TV. Everything included for a great week’s stay, for us the exceptional extra was the EV charger for our electric car. We could go out all day and leave the car to charge during the night. A true time saver. We were fortunate to meet our host Sara who is absolutely super, very friendly and concerned that we had everything we needed. From a couple of seniors wanting to see as much as possible of Cornwall during our stay, THANKS.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Tolle Bus und Bahnverbindungen, sodass man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann!!

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.
