Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

A truly exceptional stay! The Elegant Chateau in Philadelphia was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need (even things you wouldn’t think of!). It’s the perfect space for entertaining while still allowing for privacy and comfort. One of the highlights for me was knowing it’s Black-owned, which made supporting this stay even more meaningful. I was proud to host family here. Whether you’re visiting during warm or cold months, the property is ready—swimming and grilling in the summer, cozy and well-equipped in cooler weather. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Only word of advice: keep your trash secured—there are some bold raccoons who like to make evening appearances, but they didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect experience. I’ve already recommended this gem to others and will definitely be returning myself. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Suzanne’s place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with two small children and Suzanne graciously offered to put up a pack and play for us and provide beach towels for our Sesame Place trip. She is responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. Thank you for everything Suzanne! Would definitely recommend her place and would love to stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rodolfho and Juli's place. It was cozy, clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in closet was an extra plus. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that Rodolfho & Juli not only provided me a small gift basket of goodies, they left me a beautiful hand-written note to welcome me. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to any question or request very quickly. I really liked the area they live in. It was peaceful and their backyard was very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by how genuinely nice and decent they are. I would heartily recommend their suite to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a very fair price. Five (5) stars!

Such a cozy place, perfect to stay a few nights for a wedding in town. Spacious enough for two people and had everything we needed.

All the instructions for the house and house rules were clear and easy to follow. The house looked exactly like the pictures and having the pool table and dart board and being able to play music directly from the fridge in the kitchen made the weekend so much more fun! Plus the private parking was pretty sweet. Thank you for having us!

Ram was super accommodating to us, setting up a crib and highchair for our son, and even getting us batteries for his favorite toy.

Stacey was such an accommodating host and made sure we were happy and pleased every step of the way. She was also quick to respond!

Rich’s home is conveniently located across from Cooper River Park, with a lovely view of the park and back yard. His home was exactly as described and he was easy to communicate with for checkin. I would highly recommend his home to anyone visiting the area around the park.

Allison & Timothy are exceptional hosts. They gave precise instructions which are easy to follow. Their place is super clean and very nice. They responded to our messages usually within minutes if not immediately. The neighborhood is also very nice with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

We used Drew's home for our daughter's wedding weekend home away from home and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The backyard space was gorgeous for taking photos and relaxing pre and post events. And we had space for the girls to get ready in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed and the layout was super helpful for feeding the wedding party while they got ready. The fireplace was an extra nice touch as was the wine fridge and fire pit outside. We are so thankful for this rental as we were in from out of town and needed a space just like this to make my daughter's day extra special. As a host, Drew was very responsive and prompt when answering our questions. We will definately come back when in the area again.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. I recently had an extended stay at Aaron’s Airbnb, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The place was clean and well-stocked with all the kitchen and household essentials we could need. It made cooking our meals easy. The beds were super comfortable, and the linens felt fresh, which was perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. The location of the house and large property helped with that too. It’s very quiet and felt safe. The host was really great, too. Aaron responded quickly to any questions we had and had such a friendly vibe from the start. It felt nice knowing he cared about our stay, and even checked in a couple of times to see how we were doing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, inviting spot for a longer stay that feels like home.

Nice place in residential neighborhood just outside of the posh section of Haddonfield. Quiet, clean, spacious.
