Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Penn Yan

We were in the Ithaca/Newfield area for a wedding and did not want downtown Ithaca. This was 5 minute drive from wedding location and only 10 minutes into Ithaca. Ideal for us. It was clean, all the comnforts of home and Dan & Jackie were so responsive to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay while exploring Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake! The location was perfect—super close to all the main attractions and with easy access to highways for getting to and from home, as well as nearby towns like Corning. The space itself was cozy and just right for a couples’ getaway. It was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with essentials like toiletries, towels, and linens. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was a big plus, and the smart TVs were easy to use during our downtime. There’s also a Walmart just a few minutes away in case you need anything last minute. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future visit. (My husband wants to give a special shoutout to the candy jar lol) Thank you for a great experience!!

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. While our plans were family oriented and we didn’t visit the village, the location is great and the restaurants are close by. Their remodel of a Victorian home is very tasteful and a great mix of the new and old. We loved knowing the history of the building. The staircase going up from the door is steep and tricky with bags, but it’s an old Victorian home and do-able. Would definitely recommend. I have family close by but if I need to, I’d stay again!! What a lovely place to stay. We were in town to visit someone in the hospital, and the location could not have been better. The apartment was just a short drive to the hospital and some great local restaurants. Laura's place is situated in a beautiful park-like setting. The place had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will be staying here again. Thank you, Laura.

We had a great stay at Ronn’s place! It was very conveniently located, as we attended the rose soirée and had to just walk across the st to get back and we’re so close to downtown. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. We slept great on the comfy bed too! Thanks Ronn! We’ll keep this place in mind for the future!

The apartment was very well maintained from inside & there was everything & more that anyone would need. We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Was a little disappointed by the shabby outdoors with construction equipment. Also, it is close to the road so you could hear the cars passing by at night. Other than that would highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful lake view location with beautiful surroundings and great space for indoor and outdoor activities. It was a short drive to town, close to local wineries and tucked away from noise and traffic. Perfect getaway spot!

Hammie on Rye was a very clean little house. Enough room for 2 couples and stocked with plenty of towels and other necessities. The location was great, easy to find and a very short walk to restaurants and little shops. We LOVED Vern’s bakery! We utilized the fire pit which sits in the driveway in the front of the house. Although it was an odd location, we found it funny interacting with people walking past. Personally, we thought there was an exorbitant amount of Knick knacks which made it feel cluttered. But overall it was nice. And very clean which is most important to us. Would recommend to others.

We absolutely loved this air bnb experience! Check in was easy peasy and anything we needed Nelson responded quickly and efficiently! Very beautiful and peaceful landscaping and my kids loved the ping pong table and other games!

Very clean and great location for visiting wineries on Keuka!

Easily now one of our favorite places to stay! Absolutely spotless and in a peaceful locale (we even saw a woodpecker!) Drivable to both Seneca and Cayuga and to Ithaca. Major kudos to Diane and Glen for not only creating a charming and welcoming space with so much thought and care, but ALSO for making it affordable! I have had some terrible, terrible experiences with AirBnB hosts cancelling my reservations to gauge me for more money when they realize it's commencement for one of the colleges, even if that's not remotely the reason for our visit. Finding this listing was fate! I will definitely try to book again in the future. And hopefully the weather will be nicer!

This was a great weekend getaway. Beautiful location, great amenities. Unfortunately it rained the weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck or fire pit. Will book again

This cabin was incredible! Beautifully designed and decorated with high quality linens, kitchen utensils, and furnishings. The views from the deck and the master bedroom were spectacular! Be aware there are no blinds on the big windows in the bedroom which means a beautiful wake up with the sunrise at 5:30 am. The host assured us that no one could see in and we took her word for it!😉

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Prattsburgh. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly kind, respectful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The price was more than reasonable, and we felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. The cleanliness, coziness, and peaceful atmosphere made this place truly special. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Great Place to stay if your looking forward to relaxing and catching a break from everything.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s place! The location was just perfect for us—situated in a beautiful, historic neighborhood that was great for walking around and soaking in the local charm. It was close to everything we needed, including a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Gregory was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!
