In the area: - Cycling/mountain bike route (Alps-Adriatic Trail), starting point right in front of the house, e-bike rental 10-minute walk. - Numerous hiking trails, rafting, skiing, motor park in the vicinity - Two riding stables in the village

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Nestled in the middle of the Hohe Tauern surrounded by mountain meadows and nature, this top-floor apartment inspires not only with a fantastic view of huge mountain peaks but also with its stylish furnishings and layout. Nearby there are numerous attractions, ski resorts, ski touring routes, hiking routes, via ferratas, bike paths, gorges and much more. Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
