Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peninsula Township

Annemarie was a great host and her house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed the space was well used and very comfortable. This is our 2nd time staying at this house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seeblick Haus. What a special location and home. The kitchen was well stocked, the views were great, and the house was cozy. I especially loved how it glowed at night with lots of diffused light. Thank you for opening your home for us and others!

What a beautiful cabin! Sometimes the pictures look nice and you get there and it is not like that, NOT HERE! So wonderful and very clean! I give this a 20 out of ten. The host is very nice and Accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, to be honest I didn’t want to leave because it was so peaceful and comfortable there.

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

The place is great, and the kitchen is well furnished and easy to use. The bedrooms are spaced apart, which was nice. Avon and Kenny were readily available by text and phone when we could not get through the road until we found a way to get to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Brenda and her husband were amazing just like their place. We had a chance to meet, talk and share stories. They were gentle, humble and kind! The view from the top of the hill was beautiful! The games and coloring set they had was perfect for a lazy night! If we find ourselves back in the area we will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

We had a great time staying at Victoria’s Sutton’s Bay retreat! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect… across the street from the beach, boutiques and restaurants as well as easy to drive to wineries and all of the wonderful towns. We had the pleasure of meeting Vicky. She was readily available if we needed her help and to answer any questions. We highly recommend this Air B&B and hope to return!

This place was AMAZING! So clean, had everything we needed, and very well stocked! We will be staying here again when we return to Traverse City.

Everything was great, everything was clean, well organized and accurate according to descriptions. The hosts were good to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we know they were available for any questions. They also checked in the morning after check- in to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area!

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!
