Piano alto (scala un po' ripida, non è per persone con problemi): camera matrimoniale con velux e finestra, cameretta con letto a castello con velux e finestra. Ripostiglio in seminterrato. Parcheggio condominiale. Ristrutturato nel 2018 e nel 2019 (finestre, impianti, pavimenti e cucina con piano a induzione, velux elettrici e isolamento del tetto. Wi-Fi gratuito.
