Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed every moment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

I loved my two days stay at Joe’s. He graciously allowed me to utilise the cottage’s exteriors even after checkout. I got a restaurant and a two wheeler on rental through his recommendation. Extremely helpful and a nice host!

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

Every detail felt carefully curated for comfort and relaxation. Their curated recommendations - best eateries and activities - were all spot-on. The Blue Wagon Cafe downstairs served delicious dishes and exceptional coffee. When I needed some help, Siddhartha promptly resolved the issue in no time. The Pause Project is the perfect blend of warm hospitality, stunning accommodations, and thoughtful extras that turn a simple getaway into an unforgettable retreat. I can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Casinha Ribandar during first week of May. We were a family group of 13 people including my parents and we had an amazing stay at Capt Leo's property located in very peaceful surroundings. It was exactly matching with the photos and description given, very spacious with a nice living and dining area for a family gathering. The wooden flooring added to the ambience. The place was very clean with enough extra mattress, towels and linen provided. The place was cleaned daily by house keeping. We also took the service from Babiene for our food and she catered well to our vegetarian needs. The only drawback is you would not find shops or restaurants very close by. But swiggy and zomato is easily available. In about 1 KM distance, there are small tea shop places from where we even got our breakfast delivery arranged. Also, there is space to park only one car. Overall a great stay enjoyed by our full group. I would highly recommend this place for group travels

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.
