Cabin freshly painted, new floors, new carpet, new counters etc. Our peaceful location has a wonderful front porch for relaxing, a fire pit, close proximity to Benezette PA for your wildlife experience or Dubois PA for shopping. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
